I was told some really bad news about my pets condition & given medication but never got to talk to the vet who did the tests and I had a million questions. Went home devastated & had no clue what was happening. Please take time to explain everything & answer questions.

We are new to barrhead and we have appreciated how helpful everyone has been when we had questions and we called and when we pick up our dog food. We continued to book our baby to get spayed with our new vet and we were happy with how it has all gone so far.

The info I received regarding my dogs health and behaviour I had to ask about. With Covid there was no vet interaction. It would be nice if the vet came out to talk to owners after appointments. I do however understand that they are busy. Overall great experience and I’m confident our puppy was treated wonderfully.

I would prefer going with my dogs when they are being seen. Especially with my rotty and how large he is, he behaves the best when I’m with him.
