Jena was fantastic!! So friendly to me and great with my pets!

Our vet tech Kaytie was absolutely amazing. She was so caring, kind, and truly took pride in her job. I was sitting on the floor with my sick dog, and when she came in with some information she got right down on the floor with me. Dr McCulloh was a gem! I truly appreciated how she was patient, and caring with my sick girl! And me! I will be using you from here on out! I thank you so very much!

Jasmine is incredible. The care she takes when grooming my pup is wonderful. Normally my little guy has had to be sedated to be groomed. Jasmine felt that she could do his groom without sedation and asked me to let her try. She is calm, present and was so kind to my pup. I am very grateful.

Our dog is a pretty big boy. He required sedation for x rays and blood work. Dr Krenz and the team did a fantastic job. Everything was explained very well. We are new patients and very impressed w It’s the care. Thank you! I don’t recall everyone’s name.

Dr. Olson gets down on the floor to meet Maizee “in her safe place” for the exam! Dr. Olson and Taylor accommodated us for a tech appointment later in the afternoon so that the Benadryl could take effect before her shots.

The women at the reception desk always greet us with a smile and a How can I help? It s genuine. Dr. Reed is wonderful with Aoife; I am thrilled with all the vets there, but Dr. Reed is exceptional. I am always grateful for her care of my dogs.

Amazing Service for my fur Babies every time I have been there. Dr. Keri Olson is fabulous! I brought 5 Puppies in for Shots and the team was Amazing. Rylee, Mackenzi and Kaiti were there to help. They made the puppies feel comfortable and gave them snuggles after their shots! I know my fur babies are in the best hands around! Thanks for always being great and showing love and compassion everytime I have been there!!

Everyone was friendly. The tech did a great job trimming Asher s nails not cutting the bloodline once. Very pleased.

We were really impressed with the staff . Katie checked us in and was very pleasant. Taylor the tech was awesome with Loki, friendly and informative and Dr Olson was fantastic she explained everything regarding our dog, answered all our questions. In all it was a great experience. Both Taylor & Dr. Olson were excellent working with Oscar, my cat. They listened to me and to each other in order to provide the best and least stressful care for Oscar. It was very kind of the office staff to note MY fear of dogs so I could go straight back to a room even though I was over a half an hour early for his appointment. You guys are the best! I like how you work as a team from the receptionist, the vet assistant, the veterinarian, the groomer and the checkout staff. Dr. Olson was very thorough in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. All of you are so kind and compassionate in caring for both Oscar and me. Thank you so much!/Katherine
