This was our first time visiting zim vet for annual check up was way impressed with all the professionalism from start to finish . Special shoutout to our vet technician ( I think her name was Kerry ) our veterinarian was great as well answered all our questions and never felt rushed .

The staff that we interacted with were all great and treated us and our cat with both professionalism and compassion. When asking questions they seemed more than happy to answer and we left our visit feeling informed and glad that we brought our cat there. I can tell that it is important to them that they do a good job and make their clients happy.

Scheduling the appointment was simple and fast! I was running behind and didnt arrive exactly on time, but the staff made sure to still make time and get questions answered over the phone ahead of time.

Dr. Olson does a great job! My dog has a lot of anxiety around strangers and Dr. Olson was very patient and calm throughout the exam to ensure my dog had a positive experience. She explained things well and I never felt judged or rushed into doing something I wasn’t sure of.

Dr Reed was great! Only issue I had was a miscommunication regarding the total billing amount; it ended up being higher than I thought it would, as the staff said the dollar amount included the deposit -- but it was IN ADDITION TO the deposit.

Katie W always does a great job with Harlee. She is with him for everything we bring him in for. Katie at front desk is always a pleasure . Very helpful and pleasant. They have become part of our family as Harlee has been coming pretty much monthly for nail trims or whatever needs done.
