Dr Reed was great! Only issue I had was a miscommunication regarding the total billing amount; it ended up being higher than I thought it would, as the staff said the dollar amount included the deposit -- but it was IN ADDITION TO the deposit.

Katie W always does a great job with Harlee. She is with him for everything we bring him in for. Katie at front desk is always a pleasure . Very helpful and pleasant. They have become part of our family as Harlee has been coming pretty much monthly for nail trims or whatever needs done.

Keri is always excellent with my dog-reactive Bull Terrier who adores PEOPLE but other dogs? Not so much. She picks up on the nuances of an animal who s anxious and frightened. She s kind, patient, and clearly loves her job. Kudos to Keri!

The vet started from the ground up, being Rhoda is a puppy. She explained all shots and chews for deworming and when she needs to be seen again.

Staff requested records from a previous vet clinic without discussing or informing me. Staff should have asked me if it was ok to request the records and I would have declined.
