Confused even after tech repeated the same words

Everything was excellent, staff are always kind and competent. My only suggestion is the drop off and pick up process, seems like the dogs wait a long time in kennels for their surgery time, could later drop off times work for p.m. surgeries? Thank you

Overall, our experience was amazing. We recently had a bad experience at another vet and was anxious about trying a new place. We were very happy with ZimmVet.

I m very happy with Zim Vet they listen to my preference for me to stay with my dog instead of taking him to do tests. I had a very bad experience at another vet office. Thank you all at Zim Vet for being a vet office I feel very comfortable bringing my tripod.

Ive been to Zimmvet before and the prices tend to be a little high but I ve had such good care here and my poor dog was so so itchy so I just had to bring her in. I was on a very tight budget and everyone was so helpful in keeping a care plan within my budget and she is already showing improvement. So greatful to Dr Olson and Kristin for taking such good care of her.

Really loved dr. Erin. She was so considerate and respectful to my wishes and concerns.

They were absolutely great. Called in the last minute to get my cat to be seen. I was out of town and they worked with my daughter and explained everything to me by phone and made sure I understood everything.

I waited 20 minutes for my dog to be brought out after I had paid. I had to ask three times. The person who scheduled the drop-off appointment was very helpful. The vets communicated well.
