I was there on Friday 11/29/19. I asked that Mario s nails be clipped. A simple request. I got home and realized they were not clipped. Now I had to make another appointment for that. I am disgusted.

I think you charge too much for nail clipping! Also, you do not inform the owner about the fee when suggesting the service.

I would travel from any place to have Dr Sue for any of my babies

Unfortunately, we did have a misunderstanding about a year ago which was not due to Dr Sue nor her staff. It was caused at our end and we had let our emotions for our sick pet take over and unfortunately caused hardship at TLC. We are very sorry for causing this issue and have nothing but good things to say about everyone at TLC and the outstanding love, support and care which they provide our love ones. Thank You!

I love Dr Sue! She took so much time with my extremely anxious and frightened dog. Other vets would have rushed through the exam. She made sure my dog’s anxiety was lessened . She is so patient and kind.

You are great!!!! I would only bring Lucky to an after-hours emergency location if necessary; otherwise I would wait to contact Dr. Sue and her terrific staff. Dr. Sue is also extremely accessible via email, too.

I left without many of my questions answered. My animal was put in her carrier and I felt rushed out the door with a speedy synopsis of my visit without anyone asking for my feedback before leaving.

Everyone was very helpful last Saturday when I brought my Lola in for her rabies shot. Dr. Sue is amazing......very good at keeping my Lola healthy.

We love Dr Sue and the entire staff! Everyone is so welcoming and loves on Maya, and accepts her quirks while making sure that it is the quickest and easiest experience for her. She is also unpredictable sometimes with other dogs, and the staff is very understanding and tries to make her as comfortable as possible. We love TLC!

When I made my appointment, I thought Jasper was going to be seeing Dr.Sue. On the day of the appointment, I found out that Dr. Sue was on vacation in Missouri. It would have appreciated a phone call; instead at the appointment itself, that Dr. Sue was out of the office. I was comfortable with the vet that saw Jasper. I just think it is common courtesy to call the client and tell her that the doctor is not in and do you mind seeing another vet.

It takes a while to get in for routine appointments but if you make the next one while you’re there it’s very convenient. My dog will tolerate no other vet. I’m thankful to have found Dr. Sue. She’s amazing and has truly cared about the well being of my dog. He’s warmed up to her (in his own way and as much as he can) and I personally no longer have to lose sleep and get stressed out for days about an upcoming vet visit. Staff is also very friendly and they welcome Mr. Dibbs with open arms.

Other than the longer than usual wait time of 20 minutes, everything was great!

Pet psychic? Really?

Dr. Sue is awesome. Talked to my daughter and explained the time left with our dog. Explained so my daughter will know what to expect.i trust her with my Cody. Very caring and compassionated.

I love TLC. More importantly, my dogs do. I love that Dr Sue answers any questions I have on the few occasions I have emailed her.

I love this place

I have an unassigned schedule at work so making appts for me is difficult. Not the hospital s fault. I don t trust other vets based on past experiences so I try to bring my babies to Dr. Sue. Great staff, too!

Been using Dr Sue 8 years now. have a second dog and wouldn’t hesitate to bring a 3rd a 4th Amazing doc, team!!!
