I’m not sure how much how much this review helps or hurts Dr. Sue’s staff, but I have a very difficult dog to handle. He’s had traumatic experiences with both vets and groomers. We used to have to tranquilize him for the simplest of procedures and I was running out of options for his care. Dr. Sue and her staff have transformed my dog. He’s still a bit of a baby, and fat........much to Dr. Sue’s dismay........but we can sleep better when a trip to the vet is due.

Although my dog doesn t enjoy his annual vet visits, I certainly do! The staff at TLC are always attentive. Dr. Sue always informs me of current or upcoming issues with critters such as ticks and heart worms. Dr. Sue and Sandy did a great job at our last visit. Thank you!

All of the staff were very courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. My problem is that you have only one doctor and if she s not at the hosp. there is nobody to see. Also, we waited a very long time for this appointment. I believe we made it last month. Also, the appearance of the doctor was not very neat or professional looking.

Overall the staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. The only disappointment I have is that the appointment times have not as convenient and open as they have been in the past. I had to wait a month for him to be seen. Because of the appointment limitations,my pup was overdue and I was unable to schedule him appointments to other services.
