I always appreciate the time spent really listening and responding to my concerns. I never feel rushed despite knowing how busy the practice is. I also appreciate the sincere interest in my pets shown by the entire staff from the beginning to the end of our visits. The Dr. and staff go above and beyond with follow up emails and holistic research and advice.

Dr Sue and her staff are great. Most of all our dog Buddy likes coming here.

During my visit we decided to do labs on my cat. No one mentioned prices on the general labs, but asked if I wanted to add a vitamin D level. I asked about how much that costed. They said $77. No one mentioned any other prices. When I got to the counter to pay. My bill was over $450 for a general well visit. That is insane! Not one person mentioned the cost of the other labs, which apparently were $250. (The other fees were reasonable, for exam and rabies shot). Had I known, I would not have gotten the vitamin d level and also downgraded the basic panel (I ended being able to downgrade the one lab, but the vitamin D level was already collected and they said it was too late). My bill was still $350. It could have been $280 had anyone taken the time to share with me the costs. Not happy with that at all. Definitely could have been more transparent about this, as I would have made different choices had I known. I’m not sure if I will return, as the cost is a major factor and I also want to be able to feel that the vet is transparent and considerate of costs.

I was taken aback by the cost of my visit. In retrospect, I do not believe that your hospitals costs are excessive compared to other animal hospitals. However, I believe cost discussion should play more of a part in the visit. Beside that, I am nothing but impressed by the care and diligence of your staff.

Very happy with TLC I will never take my pet anywhere else.

The two techs were great-patient with my senior+ cat, cut her claws quickly and were really kind.

Without a doubt, the best veterinary hospital. I drive 3 hours to see Dr. Sue!!!
