Ive been coming to TLC for years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I always trust that my pet is getting the best care. The staff and Dr. Sue are very knowledgeable and courteous. I don’t ever have to question the pricing which is very reasonable and very fair

I am so happy with the care both my dogs get but this particular time my Lucke was very sick & I feel so comfortable with TLC that my sister brought him in to be looked at & she thought everyone was very nice.

TLC IS a great place. Always a very friendly & the utmost caring of your pets. I felt my cat Nate was a little ill the other day & when I was emailing Dr. Sue she squeezed Nate into her already busy schedule that day, it was a very worthwhile visit. He was much better after the visit. I have s lot of confidence in his care there!

The staff is knowledgeably and friendly. Their dedication toward animals shows. Also, I was worked into the full schedule at the last minute; which I appreciate. My only dissatisfaction is the billing. Visits here are typically $100-$200 more than our last vet. Also, on this visit an expensive test was ordered and I was not told the cost of the test beforehand. I would have declined the test if I had been told the cost. I think that it is important for veterinarians to explain costs before expensive tests or procedures are preformed; especially for elderly pets.

In the past, the staff would take my pet’s stool sample when signing in. During this last visit, the staff had me hold on to it until the tech took us to an exam room... it was odd they would not take it.

I loooooved Dr. Marsha. She spoke to me in facts and was very clear on the care for my pets. She was thorough and very considerate of my pets’ comfort during their visit. She was fantastic!!

The last time I looked at pricing your establishment was a better price then others I had contacted. I didnt search quite in the Chicago, Niles area but Wheeling, Arlington heights, Buffalo grove area. And your reviews were exceptionally better, many offices were immediately crossed off my list from the sheer amount of horrible reviews on care or rude reception I got while calling and inquiring. Now even having moved further south I am fine driving the hour to see a vet that listens to my concerns, takes the time to explain and discuss things, and doesnt push unnecessary meds and tests.
