My dogs always receive great care from the doctors here. They explain everything so that I understand how to treat our dogs if they are sick. The staff is patient and respectful. I would not take our pooches anywhere else.

TLC is a wonderful animal hospital, that is why I drive from Lincoln Park to take my dog here. On the pet portal is it possible to have a write in space for a prescription that needs to be reordered, but may have been left off the pets list of drugs?

I love the staff and so does our dog. He’s always excited to come here and that says a lot considering he’s getting poked and examined. A very welcoming animal clinic and we are truly blessed to have found TLC!!!!!

As a former patient of Dr Benson, I was used to her wearing a lab coat — seemed very professional. Would encourage this of your vets so their attire matches the professionalism reflected throughout the rest of the practice. Overall, I’ve been extremely pleased all aspects of TLC!

First time with Dr. Marsha. She seemed distracted, uninterested, and bored. She did not examine or even greet my pet. She acted as if she wanted little to do with the animal and seemed reluctant to do anything other than take blood. Will definitely not refer friends to her. Less than 5 stars on survey due to negative experience with Dr. Marsha.
