As a former patient of Dr Benson, I was used to her wearing a lab coat — seemed very professional. Would encourage this of your vets so their attire matches the professionalism reflected throughout the rest of the practice. Overall, I’ve been extremely pleased all aspects of TLC!

Dr Sue made my dog feel so comfortable. And she was so gentle and kind with her. Very pleasant.

Dr. Sue is just great! Fantastic in fact. I feel so well cared for by her and the TLC team. They are so caring and thorough - and, I feel all of my questions and concerns are always answered fully and with compassion for my pets health needs.

First time with Dr. Marsha. She seemed distracted, uninterested, and bored. She did not examine or even greet my pet. She acted as if she wanted little to do with the animal and seemed reluctant to do anything other than take blood. Will definitely not refer friends to her. Less than 5 stars on survey due to negative experience with Dr. Marsha.

Dr. Sue was amazing. I really appreciated how kind she was to my big baby dog Nana. Nana was so scared to get her nails trimmed. Dr. Sue took her time and Nana did very well. Thank you, TLC!

Everyone makes us feel welcomed when we bring our Beagle, Cocoa, for vet services.

Technician was fine in my first appointment but by the second she had me waiting for about 10 min because she took some dog out. That is fine, I understand. But I definitely expect an apology in any case like this. My time is as important as yours.

Dr Marsha does not have the best bedside manners. Jackie the receptionist was not friendly.

You have all been great!

This is the first time my dog saw Dr. Sue (from my memory) and she was truly amazing. I have been perfectly content with the other vets but seeing Dr. Sue’s interactions with my dog made me think this is truly her calling.

My first call to TLC, I was on hold for 10 minutes. However, I would have waited 30 minutes because we wanted an appointment at TLC, and I just assumed there was an emergency of some type happening in the office at the time I called. It was not a problem for me to be on hold at all.
