Besides Dr. Sue, the techs are great but Andrea is wonderful!

My experience over the years has been positive overall. I think Dr. Sue & staff are wonderful. I would suggest allowing people to be able to come in with their pets. This is a very big deal for most of us & most people are not willing to go somewhere without being there with their pets. Thank you for considering.

I don’t understand why I’m not allowed inside with my pet. I really don’t like that

As far as I m concerned, as long as I live in Chicago I will only bring my animals to TLC First Animal Hospital. Without question, the only place I ve found in many years that I can completely trust with my pets.

When you get an email about scheduling a future appointment, then you select it, doesn t take you to where you can actually schedule a future appointment. Moody was raving how happy he was to see Dr. Sue and Gabby in the car. Love you all!

I feel Dr. Sue and team really take quality time with my dog Brownie. I am very pleased with the care!

The limited days of operation are concerning to me, because it s more difficult to get an appointment for an unexpected issue, and 3/7 days in the week could potentially require an emergency room visit, when it might not be necessary. Aside from that issue, I am very pleased with the responsiveness to emails/calls and the support from the staff, if I call with a question or concern. Dr. Sue, as well as the tech and front desk staff, are always kind, caring, courteous, responsive - listen to my concerns, and addresses all of my questions. Dr. Sue is thorough, very knowledgeable, resourceful, and open to exploring solutions to concerns/issues. I am grateful to all the staff at TLC First, as I know the last two years have been beyond challenging, and they have done and are doing their best to meet the needs of their clients - 2 legged and 4 legged. :) Thank you!

It would be nice to drop the curbside service. The visit wasn t personable and all of my questions were not answered, I asked two different people to get an answer for me and I still have not received an answer about a few growths on Ginger, particularly one on the top of her head that she continues to scratch and rip open.

I marked question 12 N/A since I did not enter the clinic.

Everything was perfect!!

I ll be glad when this Covid Bull sh*t is over and we can come in and talk face to face.

My only dissatisfaction is when phoning TLC, I have to listen to several minutes of information BEFORE learning no one is available to take the call, or I am not calling within business hours and to call later.

Some of these are no yes/no and not being able to go in is NA. I am very happy with Dr Sue and staff. Saturday hours would be great, but I know you’re short staffed. Thanks!

I hate having to drop Shamus off and not be able to be with him I am. Considering changing vets. I have referred several people It’s so expensive and I can’t even be with him
