Jasper’s appointment went perfectly well. If you ask Jasper, I’m sure he has an entirely different story.

Evening and Saturday hours would be appreciated. With work and school schedules it is very difficult to schedule an appointment for when you are open. Also, more days during the week would be helpful as well.

Dr Sue and Gabby were very helpful

Dr. Sue has been a long time caring vet for our pets. Her retention of their history and our preferences is extremely commendable.

Staff techs and Dr. were very friendly. I am so glad I brought Zen to TLC.

It seems that the fees are pretty high. Very caring MD and staff. Will return.

Dr. Sue is so personable and kind. She made me and my dog feel so welcome and I know he will be in good care.

I am unfamiliar with what other offices charge for treatments because I’ve only been going to TLC for the last however many years. Dr. Sue is excellent, but no one has asked me for a veterinarian referral in all this time so I had to say no to that question. And Saturday hours would be a nice luxury.

#16 I gave four stars because I did not know that I was only meeting with the technician for the Distemper vaccine.

Dr Sue and her entire staff have always gone above and beyond to keep our fury family members safe and healthy and they always show a genuine care for the animals.

Keep doing the great work. Maybe have more days open with technicians.
