When you get an email about scheduling a future appointment, then you select it, doesn t take you to where you can actually schedule a future appointment. Moody was raving how happy he was to see Dr. Sue and Gabby in the car. Love you all!

The limited days of operation are concerning to me, because it s more difficult to get an appointment for an unexpected issue, and 3/7 days in the week could potentially require an emergency room visit, when it might not be necessary. Aside from that issue, I am very pleased with the responsiveness to emails/calls and the support from the staff, if I call with a question or concern. Dr. Sue, as well as the tech and front desk staff, are always kind, caring, courteous, responsive - listen to my concerns, and addresses all of my questions. Dr. Sue is thorough, very knowledgeable, resourceful, and open to exploring solutions to concerns/issues. I am grateful to all the staff at TLC First, as I know the last two years have been beyond challenging, and they have done and are doing their best to meet the needs of their clients - 2 legged and 4 legged. :) Thank you!

It would be nice to drop the curbside service. The visit wasn t personable and all of my questions were not answered, I asked two different people to get an answer for me and I still have not received an answer about a few growths on Ginger, particularly one on the top of her head that she continues to scratch and rip open.

My only dissatisfaction is when phoning TLC, I have to listen to several minutes of information BEFORE learning no one is available to take the call, or I am not calling within business hours and to call later.

Your hours are somewhat limited but we love Dr Sue and all the staff at TLC. Couldn t be any friendlier or more responsive to our needs. We ve been coming for years and always trust TLC to do the best for our beloved pets.
