Would highly recommend TLC First

Gaby is wonderful!

I am unfamiliar with what other offices charge for treatments because I’ve only been going to TLC for the last however many years. Dr. Sue is excellent, but no one has asked me for a veterinarian referral in all this time so I had to say no to that question. And Saturday hours would be a nice luxury.

#16 I gave four stars because I did not know that I was only meeting with the technician for the Distemper vaccine.

Dr Sue and her entire staff have always gone above and beyond to keep our fury family members safe and healthy and they always show a genuine care for the animals.

Keep doing the great work. Maybe have more days open with technicians.

the only thing i didn’t feel comfortable with was being asked to step out when my pet was being examined. i wasn’t given a reason, and i’m sure i looked visibly uncomfortable. i have never, ever had to do that before…

Please open more days.

Besides Dr. Sue, the techs are great but Andrea is wonderful!

My experience over the years has been positive overall. I think Dr. Sue & staff are wonderful. I would suggest allowing people to be able to come in with their pets. This is a very big deal for most of us & most people are not willing to go somewhere without being there with their pets. Thank you for considering.

As far as I m concerned, as long as I live in Chicago I will only bring my animals to TLC First Animal Hospital. Without question, the only place I ve found in many years that I can completely trust with my pets.
