Dr. Sue and her staff are exceptional. My pet is well taken care of at TLC.

Hours are not convenient due to Covid. You all are the best!

With not being able to be at Goofy s appointment due to COVID-19, I still can safely say that Dr. Sue and her Staff have not changed in how they treat my baby and me. Only being able to speak to them on the phone is the same as in person -- you can hear it all in their voice. I can also state, even with not being able to be in the facility the last 2 appointments, that their entire area is spotless at all times regardless if we parents can be there with our babies or not. Dr. Sue and her Staff have no time to be messing around with things not being up to standard, or not in order, as they still take risks by taking care of our babies and being around each other. I sincerely am grateful that I took the recommendation to take Goofy here 4 years ago. Best decision EVER!

I was never advised when I made the appt that I would have to wait in my vehicle for my dog. I found it strange that pet owners are not allowed to be present for the visit. I understand the whole covid pandemic as I am a registered nurse, but even here we allow (1) person to be present for the weak/impaired/minors who have an appt. As long as everyone follows covid protocol, all should be fine. I’ve been working during this entire pandemic and Thank God I have not been been exposed to covid because I follow proper protocol. I really was not a fan of not being present with my pet at her visit.

I absolutely adore Dr. Sue and her warm welcome of me even tho im a ling term patient and checking up on ALL my pets some who have passed. It was very sweet of her to take time to make a connection with her clients and pet patients.

I love TLC but I wish they were able to be open more hours during the work week.

There was some miscommunication regarding a vaccine and a test that I did not approve but my pet was given. It doubled my cost and it was not something I wanted. I understand it s difficult communicating over the phone, but procedures & costs need to be more clearly discussed.

Dr Sue and the TLC staff are friendly empathetic caring people. Your survey needs to offer the answer unknown or NA. Due to COVID distancing I have no idea how Dr Sue or the staff handled my pet. Also I only spoke to a tech not Dr Sue about all pre and post care and surgery.

We love coming to TLC. Everyone is wonderful and the service is impeccable.

All of TLC staff was very caring and professional. Dr Sue listened to my concerns was very thorough In her examination of both my dog as well as bird. Dr sue called me explaining all that was done and what Was needed. I highly recommend Dr.Sue and her staff.

I know it is difficult with COVID going on, but if the owners could receive a more thorough report of what happened during an exam, that would be very helpful.

The non contact is awkward. We feel we didn’t get enough details back. Asked questions not answered . Didn’t get our pets weight didn’t talk to the doctor only a tech. Love the doctor but need better process if this will continue with non contact
