I am beyond happy with this clinic. Whenever one of my pets has an emergency, they are always fit in. And I know my animals are well taken care of and treated with kindness and love and incredible medical care. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful veterinary clinic.

Yours is a very nice place. The staff is very nice and most of them very knowledgeable ... those that are not always seek answers from others promptly. The hours are a bit difficult now, but I completely understand. I was not happy that I did not get to talk to Dr. Sue the last time I took Jack in ... assume she was busy with others, but it should have been explained to me and I should have been told she could call me at some other designated time. I spend a lot of money at TLC, and like I said, am quite happy. But not even getting to talk to Dr Sue took me aback. No harm done ... just think it should have been explained and an effort to talk later offered.

I completely understand not allowing the owner s into the vet s office for the exams of the pets, but I think it would be better for me, as the pet owner to be in communication with the vet during the exam, via Zoom or whatever site works best for you. I didn t like not seeing and hearing everything that was being done with my pet. That would have made me feel more comfortable with the whole process.

Since Covid, our pets are brought in to the hospital by a staff person. the pet parents are not allowed in but free to wait in the parking lot. A vet tech called and went over the visit and answered questions and if unsure consulted with the doctor.

With not being able to be at Goofy s appointment due to COVID-19, I still can safely say that Dr. Sue and her Staff have not changed in how they treat my baby and me. Only being able to speak to them on the phone is the same as in person -- you can hear it all in their voice. I can also state, even with not being able to be in the facility the last 2 appointments, that their entire area is spotless at all times regardless if we parents can be there with our babies or not. Dr. Sue and her Staff have no time to be messing around with things not being up to standard, or not in order, as they still take risks by taking care of our babies and being around each other. I sincerely am grateful that I took the recommendation to take Goofy here 4 years ago. Best decision EVER!

I was never advised when I made the appt that I would have to wait in my vehicle for my dog. I found it strange that pet owners are not allowed to be present for the visit. I understand the whole covid pandemic as I am a registered nurse, but even here we allow (1) person to be present for the weak/impaired/minors who have an appt. As long as everyone follows covid protocol, all should be fine. I’ve been working during this entire pandemic and Thank God I have not been been exposed to covid because I follow proper protocol. I really was not a fan of not being present with my pet at her visit.

I absolutely adore Dr. Sue and her warm welcome of me even tho im a ling term patient and checking up on ALL my pets some who have passed. It was very sweet of her to take time to make a connection with her clients and pet patients.

There was some miscommunication regarding a vaccine and a test that I did not approve but my pet was given. It doubled my cost and it was not something I wanted. I understand it s difficult communicating over the phone, but procedures & costs need to be more clearly discussed.
