Nothing comes to mind. Think all has been pretty much thought out and addressed.

Even with the Covid issues, TLC is great and easy to get answers I needed for my pet.

I was very pleased with Dr. Sue. She is great and always gives us the best advice on how to take care of our pet. Staff is very friendly too.

You have an old phone number(773-725-5229) in your system for me and I would like to make sure it is removed otherwise thanks for your work during these difficult times Your staff is great. Also hard to answer some questions about the premises when pet owners are not in the facility. No big deal.

Dr. Sue is the best in the field ...I trust her wholeheartedly with my beautiful dog Taz..!!!

Tlc takes very good care of our pet

We have been coming here for many years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Dr. Sue and all the staff are so nice, caring, and just wonderful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and always have great advice. Most importantly they are always ready with a treat!

Andrea was very helpful and followed up right away, just as I got home from dropping of my girl. Dr. Sue is amazing and called to detail the issues my cat was experiencing. Even in the bad time of coronavirus 19 her office was able to get me a very prompt appointment to having with no contact parking lot drop-off service thank you Doctor Sue for looking out after our best friends even in a time of risky contact like this

I love TLC, saved my pups life. Can t imagine going anywhere else. The staff treats me and my pup like we are family, so genuine and kind.

Extremely disappointed with this appointment. For one, I had to repeat the location of my dog’s lump a few times when I made the appointment. When we dropped the dog off, the assistant took the dog, didn’t ask any questions about why dog was there (ok, I figured they would look at the notes from my call), but no. We get a call minutes later asking why he was there. Then they thought the lump was on his head? Then, when we explained where it was it, we were told the vet couldn’t find it?? How?? It’s clearly visible and could be felt. Had the assistant asked when we dropped him off, we could’ve pointed it out. Also, it’s extremely annoying when more time is spent trying to sell us products than on the dog. Will be going elsewhere.

The male tech who took did my dogs annual exam was externally rude and disrespectful. I kept informing him I could not hear his questions as he placed me on speaker phone and he became very defensive and hung up on me. Totally unacceptable. I can’t be in the room with my special needs/extremely nervous dog and he treats me like garbage on the phone. Dr sue on the other hand was extremely nice, professional and took great care of my dog. And surprisingly, when I wasn’t on speaker phone I had a 100% perfect audio connection.

My appointment was fine. I wasn t in the room during the exam so I can t answer all the questions. I received a follow up call regarding my pet s bloodwork. I asked when I should follow up with another exam since my pet is taking new medication for high blood pressure. The answer was extremely vague so I m not sure when I should bring him back for a blood pressure check.

Dr. Sue and her staff have always taken such good care of my cat Jimmi. I trust them without question, and would absolutely recommend TLC to any pet owner.

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr Sue for many years Daisy loves her visits there. great service and camaraderie with everyone at the office. Highly recommend.... :)

Do the circumstances this was via done during email on a Sunday evening. Dr Sue looked at photos and reassured me the lesion on my dog was nothing to worry about. I really can’t thank her enough for always being available for her patients.
