The Best Vet!!! Have help us a lot with all of our cats

The Cat Doctor is always a fantastic and pleasant experience when we visit. Everyone spends enough time with us, is very friendly, answer any questions and make sure we are comfortable. The facilities are always very clean and well maintained, I never worry about my cat going into the back for extra care. We love The Cat Doctor and would recommend to anyone!

I’m not sure how to work this survey but as usual it was five star service! I’m sorry Lily is so naughty but we appreciate your patience with her quirks. She gets wonderful care and Dr C and the staff are awesome.

I had gone to another local vet for the first few years with Fang, but felt guilty or like I should be spending more money on him each time I left. But with The Cat Doctor, I never feel pressured to spend more money and instead feel like they actually care about the health of my cat. Visits to the vet used to be very stressful and now they re pleasant with a staff who cares about your pet.

I made an appointment because my cat was scooting... I’ve had my cat for 10+ years and I’ve never seen her do this. I was asked to bring in a stool sample and was told during the appointment they would check my cats anal glands. During my appointment, the doctor said she was concerned that my cat (who was overweight) lost 2 lbs. I told her I did switch her food recently but she is still eating just as much. The doctor drew blood, and did not ask or explain why before she actually did it. When she returned with my car after expressing her anal glands and drawing blood, she told me everything seemed fine and told me if my cat started scooting again to just bring her back in.... As I walked to the check out, the lady told me my total was 270 dollars. I was charged for a senior exam (I was not aware nor did I ask for an exam to be done), I was charged for blood work (another thing I did not ask for) the stool sample I brought in, and to express anal glands.. Overall my experience was not good. I felt very taken advantage of and I will be switching vets.. I understand vet visits are not cheap.. but 270 dollars for a 15 minute appointment for the doctor to tell me to bring my car back in if she continues to scoot is ridiculous..

We love everyone at The Cat Doctor! Our sweet kitty is almost 16 and we are so grateful they were able to squeeze us in early on Saturday morning! She was able to feel much better all weekend and is now on the mend. ????

Everything was great!

1. Remove plastice cat designs from stairs. 2. I was charged $24.00 for a blood sugar test. It took less than two (2) minutes.
