We saw a vet that was not our normal one, but she was so kind and showed that she really liked our cat. She had good advice and we felt like she cared.

I would like to suggest putting Shake Well with the medicines that need it. You sent me home with a bottle of Veraflox that had instructions to refrigerate. It was after I gave the first dose thinking how odorless it was, that I read the box where it said to shake well. Unfortunately, it was the suspension liquid I was getting, not the actual meds. I did speak to a receptionist about this, asked if it needed to be refrigerated and I was told it didn t. Since you have to put the labels on, please add the truly important info like shaking. In stressful situations, feline Moms might not think to read the box versus the bottle.

I always have a great experience at the Cat Doctor! If I can t get an appointment, a drop off Vet visit option is always an issue, and Dr. Christensen takes the time to call and speak to me directly regarding her exam. Dr. Christensen is an absolute expert in cats, and in the past when I ve taken my cats to other clinics who couldn t figure out their medical issues successfully, she has diagnosed the problem and treated with success! The staff obviously loves my cats, the clinic is clean, and everyone is friendly. I ve been going here for over 20 years, and recommend The Cat Doctor to everyone I know.

Everything was great, except I forgot to premedicate one cat who gets really stressful at appointments.

I must say that I was surprised that the cost of the visit was $530. I understand that the blood tests I requested needed to be sent out, but the cost of running 4 tests on the blood sample was over $225. Very high, in my opinion.

I never have any problems with the Cat Doctor. I ve been taking my cats there for almost ten years and would never take them to any other veterinarian.

I brought Blitxen in for a check up and he had some blood tests done—one for thyroid. I never heard back about the results (usually you call). No news is good news???

Getting through on a phone call is rough. Customer service through phone isn’t the best. I’ve often been hung up on, placed on long holds, or talked to multiple people and have to reexplain everything. I know I can be stressed when I call but I don’t feel as though the staff helps to alleviate that whatsoever.

I always value the effort Dr. Christensen and her assistants put into traveling to my home and caring for my cat. I appreciate their insights and compassion, as well as their humor. Thank you!
