Great place to go for your pet

After a glitch in the drop off, we left our dog in the care of a friendly and very kind lady. Our pet was running and playing in a safe yard when we picked him up. Lovely, clean and safe facility. Highly recommend North Country.

Staff very courteous and concerned about Poppi. Dr. Lynn very professional she took the time to explain and answer our every question.

We just moved to the area and our dogs needed their shots. We were very happy with the Vet and staff. We were able to get an appointment on short notice.

It was so nice that they did Posey’s surgery first so that I could take her home right away. It saved me two hours of driving and more than 80 miles. It was very thoughtful.

I was supposed to get a call back the next day on test results and a consult with an opthamologist vet. I never received a call back even though I called to inquire.

Our cat needed to be rescheduled for his tooth extraction as you had emergency pt’s come in today

I think 664 dollars for uti and plugged anal glands still leaves me stunned and a bit dismayed.

Awesome visit as usual. Dr. Ludwig correctly assessed and addressed the health issues I suspected my dogs of having, as well as identified and addressed two additional issues of which I had been unaware.

5 Stars – Wonderful Experience at 4 Paws Pet Resort! I recently boarded my three dogs at 4 Paws Pet Resort in Park Falls for a week, and I couldn t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly kind and reassuring from the moment I dropped them off, which gave me peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The pricing for their packages is also very reasonable for the level of care they provide. One of my dogs is older and requires extra supervision, and I truly appreciated how attentive the staff and on-site veterinary team were. They kept me updated on her well-being throughout the stay, which meant a lot. It’s clear the team at 4 Paws genuinely cares about the animals they look after. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my pets in their care again. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied! We did wait 30 minutes to be seen but all went well.

When I called to schedule Boarding I asked specifically what the total charge would be according to the hours in which I would be dropping off & picking up. I was told $92.50. When I arrived for pick up, the cost was $118. Not only was the cost higher, but then I did not bring enough cash. So, I had to pay via debit card for an additional charge! The girl that check me out was very unapologetic. I am very unhappy with the situation.
