The service is always excellent. I did mention that Newman(my cat) had a small tag or growth on the left side of the back of his neck. They said they couldn t find it. It was still there in the same place after I picked him up. Would really have liked to find out during his visit if it was something to be concerned about without bringing him back again.

Dr Kilty was very patient with me. She seemed to genuinely care about our puppy and took the time to calm her.

Shawna is great with Hazel and we are always pleased with the wonderful grooming services! She is also very attentive and gives careful consideration to Hazel s needs. Thank you for all you do!??

I had a wonderful experience. I have a rather sassy cat and I’m used to her hissing and biting at the vet. The staff allowed her to take her time to come out of her carrier and spent time allowing her to sniff and get to know them. She was clearly still nervous, but was more comfortable than I’ve ever seen her at the vet. We left without any hissing or biting!

Referred by another Vet and very happy with the recommendation and service. All staff from front desk, Vet Techs and Vet were great. Thank you and we look forward to transferring our dogs and future dogs care to your facility.

It would be nice to receive more of an explanation of procedure and associated cost before they would be performed. I was under the impression I was going in for a urine sample and an ultrasound, blood draw, and full health check was preformed without mention to me. For example, asking for my approval before running said testing in a clear and information way. What if I were not in a position to pay for these tests? Then what would have happened? I do love coming to this clinic but do feel a bit bull-dozed when it comes to being in the exam room.

Dr. Cotton got on a good road to help in Marley s weight loss. Him and Sadie both like the Metabolic food. I think they think they are getting treats.

My appointment was for 3:20. I did arrive early but had to wait almost 30 minutes before I was put into an exam room. Once there, the Tech came and did some preliminary work. Longest I have had to wait to be seen.
