I was going to Stockmen’s, I have no desire to go to their new facility. They don’t seem like they cared. Casselton vet seemed like that they truly cared about my concerns and the well being of my pet. Thank you

We waited too long to be seen, and waited even longer to get the meds. Pills were not scored. Still waiting on lab tests. I prefer CAsselton location.

Bella is doing much better, back to her old self.Thank you so much.

My visit was somewhat of an emergency. The staff were able to work me into their day with very little wait time at all especially considering we weren t scheduled. I am so thankful we were able to be seen. Our young foal got the care she needed in time.

Just keep in mind that some people haven t been to a vet before and need things fully explained. I felt many things were assumed of us without questions being asked.

The doctor I saw was slightly condescending. While I understand the doctors have medical degrees, when I bring up a scientific study to discuss with regards to my dog, I didn’t bring it up to tell her how to do her job. I’m not a vet, it’s why I was asking. Also, if doctors could provide more potential options for medications that would be helpful as well. Lastly, one of your survey questions is grammatically incorrect.

i was working here so i just did a drop off and we did him last. and so far his ears are doing a lot better!

I know you had a busy day Dr. Peterson but thanks again for squeezing us in! April is healing quite well in the few days since we were there. Maybe put a sign on which door for checking in horses for people who are new. I didn t know which door to use and went to wrong side originally looking for direction on where to go.

We are grateful to have a caring vet assist our dog with emergency care on a holiday weekend. This member of our family was very ill and may not have lived if we had waited to get an appt to see our previous vet. Casselton Vet Clinic is now our regular veterinary clinic,

Our vet bill was unexpectedly large. When I my husband inquired about payment plans, we were told that this needed to be set up ahead of time. How is this communicated to customers? It would be nice if this option was presented before we were given the final bill at the end of our visit. We love the Casselton vet, but we were unsatisfied with receiving this information after the fact and will be bringing our animals elsewhere in the future.

So glad you opened a facility in Fargo! Both visits here and to one in Casseltlon have been great! We want to transfer over our second pet!

It is Sunday, Memorial weekend and my tea cup shih tzu had drainage coming out her ear. I called the vet, Dr. Tyler Bengtson. It was early morning, but she was so sweet, kind and caring. She met me at the clinic, examined Tulla. She was very patient, very thorough and explained everything to me. The technicians,Michelle, doctor (Dr. Tyler Bengtson) and staff were wonderful, assuring me Tulla was in good hands and would be fine. I LOVE CASSELTON VETERINARY CLINIC. They are the only ones I will ever go to. Thank you so much !!!!!!!! ps Tulla is doing well.

Very nice facility

I was very satisfied. I had made my appointment online and even though I selected the Fargo office it made the appointment for me at the Casselton office but the Fargo staff fit me in and were great!

The visit was great, the vet and the vet tech were super friendly, the only complaint I had was waiting to be checked out, the two girls working the front desk could have almost cared less that I was waiting to check out there were 2 other people that were waiting to be checked out or in and there was no communication from the staff as to who was doing what or who was helping who I’d anyone, the one girl looked at all three of us and just got up and walked away, I get it was a mid day appointment but I needed to get back to work and I waited nearly 20 min just to be checked out all and all I was there for 2 hours which to me was a bit long. But like I said the vet was great and for that reason I will be coming back

Waited over 15 minutes for check out, heart guard and tick medication

Dr. Peterson listened and worked as a valued member of Team Monica .

Everyone there is always friendly and professional.
