Everything was great. My pup accidentally pooped on the floor which she never does and when I picked it up in my baggie and told the front desk lady when wasn t mad at all! Very polite and I offered to mop but she said she got it and that it happens more than I think! Was very impressed with the staff

They showed that they really cared about Lucy by the way they touched and talked to her. As a pet mom, this really meant a lot to me. I shared with a friend that I wish I could go there when I didn t feel well!

This was our first visit and I think the vet was with us for a total of 4 minutes. Would have been nice to have them get to know us and our dog a little more and get some more information on how he thought she was doing overall. I appreciate efficient appointments but would also like to feel like a patient and not just a number.

I was blown away by the speed you were able to get me in (soon as I could get there) the care and knowledge that Dr Candyce gave to the situation and the tact and information in which she explained what could have happened and the prognosis. They were able to get me in same night I called. The receptionist was super friendly while I waited for my kitten to be taken care of. Everyone was great and helpful, especially for me coming in late on a Friday evening.

Wasn t greeted by the receptionists, took them both a while to acknowledge me.

I have always had great service, but this time not to my satisfaction. I had asked if they would clean and do the first treatment to my cat Wilson s ears, he stated that he had cleaned Wilson s ears. Wilson never left the room and no one cleaned Wilson s ears. A swab was taken of his ears to check if he had an ear infections.

I really loved how you always kept me informed on what was going on with tux and how he was doing. I was very nervous for his appointment and you made me feel comfortable and okay with leaving him with you.

I didn’t understand the verbiage of the vet. Also didn’t receive any answers. The vet I was didn’t notice things on xrays that another vet later on noticed. Spent $600 To get no answers

The only concern I had was there was a dog that was barking the whole time I was there. Guess I was just wondering why nobody did anything about it.

I brought my cat in and asked some question about his mouth. She said as much as the cat would let her look into his mouth it looked good. Let her look into his mouth, no I will help hold the cat so you can check his mouth completely. He has foamy slime that comes out of his mouth, when he eats this foamy slime is hanging off from his mouth. I thought it must be his teeth when I came in but the vet said his teeth looked good. Still no explanation about the foamy slime. I have antibiotics given to him twice a day. He has perked up some but still is looking rough. I am going to finish the antibiotics. When the vet tech gave him his first dose of meds. the slime was coming out. Asked her about it but there was no explanation of what it was. The vet thinks he needs his teeth cleaned and checked by x-rays. This does not seem to explain the foamy slime or why he has trouble licking and eating. I did get soft food from the vet and he eats it a little at a time. Its like he can not lick for very long of a time. Frustrated not having any answers at all that seem to address his issues.

I was 5 minutes late for my appointment, but then I waited another 30 minutes before the vet came into the room

I was charged twice for same test. Not too pleased about that. I m glad I caught the mistake.

The vet was unable to complete 3/4 of my dogs wellness exam, yet I still got charged. I dont feel that I should have been charged.

Love the new facility!!! Staff is friendly and always love the drs and techs!

Could offer copies of test results to clients and aftercare instructions in writing.

This was for an urgent care appointment so I didn’t expect for it to be easy to get an appointment.
