I know that it’s easier having the benches in the rooms for cleaning, etc but they were terribly uncomfortable. We were in the exam room for over an hour for the exam, tests and waiting for results. I have chronic back pain so sitting on the hard surface, not able to touch the floor and no back rest was painful for me.

I feel like for what I got coming in, knowing a tooth was probably going to need to be extracted, it seemed over priced for only getting my cat weighed,another appointment getting scheduled, and three pills for $60.

Dr. Huckle did a great job examining and explaining what was going on with with my injured agility dog. Her exam was thorough and she explained her findings to me. Eventhough she couldn t find the cause of the problem, she was able to rule out the major concerns and helped me to run my dog safely at the show that weekend. The only thing I wasn t thrilled with was how long she prescribed pain meds for. I thought it was prescribed much longer than needed. I appreciate that you have same day appointments.

One thing that is very important to me is when I am treated kinda like a friend. It is very nerve racking to go to the vet like going to the Dr. You always expect the worse. I like that my pet was examined, and we visited, and there was suggestions and thoughts exchanged. And no one tried talking me into major tests, and blood work, and shots etc. That can become very overwhelming. So my experience was very good

We go to a different clinic, and the vet my cat sees was unavailable one afternoon. I had a very sick cat, and called your new clinic in Fargo. They were able to see her at 5. Dr. Wendy was so great and willing to help us. It was very busy and they had just opened a couple weeks before, but we still got great care. Thank you for helping us and your extended hours are great!

I love the new facility. The walls/doors could have been more sound proof. You could hear a dog crying clearly in the waiting area. You could also hear the conversation between the vet and owner in the waiting area and between rooms. The waiting time between the vet seeing my dog and the tech coming back with meds and instructions took way too long.

I had an urgent appt. and didn t mind the extra time I waited to be taken to a room and waited in the room for the doctor. I am just thankful I was able to have my dog seen on an emergency basis.

My dog nipped at the vet while she was examining his mouth. I felt really bad, but I really felt that her reaction was unnecessary and not professional. We will be back as I like your business, but I would prefer not to see that particular vet again.

In all of my years of coming to Casselton vet for ultrasounds to confirm pregnancies, this is the first time I have ever not been allowed to watch! I was told it s pretty busy back there so I asked if they could bring the ultrasound machine into the room. We can bring it into the room when we are done to show you the picture but had to take my (hopefully) pregnant bitch out of my sight and back where it s busy and perhaps stress her more, and then wheeled the ultrasound machine into the room when they were done to show me that yes, she is pregnant. After this visit, I will always go the extra mile to go to the Casselton location where they treat me and my dogs like they know me. I was very disappointed with this visit and I will not be going back unless it s an emergency.

Great facility and really nice staff. I am glad you now have a presence in F-M. I am suggesting your firm to all of my friends with pets.

We had a very nice visit and you have a beautiful, clean facility. The staff seems very caring and my dog was treated kindly. The only issue I had was finding you and the phones! I have it figured out now! Thank you.

This is our first family dog - the staff was so amazing whether that be accommodating to our entire family being at the appointment- to explaining the ins and outs of having a new pup- getting all our questions and then some answered to helping us schedule our next appointment. I love the new office and the convenience of being in Fargo. I really like your team and have never had issues. I was a little annoyed when I realized (after I got home) that my dog received all of the shots that she should have....except for her Rabies which was due a month later. I am going back next weekend to get that updated and ensure that all her shots are together. I am getting a new puppy and set up an appointment as well, so at least I have to make the trip again..

I understand that the fargo location is still working out the kinks but the wait to check in was ridiculous. the receptionist kept answering phone calls while the other receptionist was trying to check out two other customers who have been waiting. I d suggest that the receptionist ask the customers on the phone to hold for a minute as it doesnt take long to check in others that way it doesnt back up everybody else.

I really appreciate the Saturday appointments, which are part of normal business hours

I was very pleased with the information i received

I specifically stated that a certain medication made my dog sick, & they said it would be put on his chart NOT to give it to him. 3 days later, I received a call that something came up positive on one of his wellness tests & the techs first question was whether I wanted him put on the medication brand that made him sick or another kind. I told her AGAIN that he can t take that brand & isn t it on his chart? I did not get an answer. I went in to pick up the medication, and asked the receptionist at least twice if not 3 times if it was on his chart about the medication he can t take, and she didn t offer to look it up, or talk to a tech to look it up. It wasn t busy at the time I was there either. This should be important to your business as a Vet clinic because people are trusting you with their pets. To us, he is more than a dog,he is FAMILY, and family deserves respect. I ask that you be more careful with record keeping since it could mean the difference between a happy experience or a devastating one.
