It did take almost a half an hour after the appointment ended before I was able to pay my bill and leave. If that could be shortened up that would be nice, as it is a long time to wait with a pet who may be antsy and too long to leave a pet in the car.

My dog was to have dental cleaning and if needed more work,would have to come back,they were so kind to take care of her dental needs that same day,while under anesthesia.5 teeth pulled.Chloe and I appreciate that so much. Thank You.Casselton vet is the only vet clinic I have taken her since a puppy,she is soon to be 8.

Thank you for taking care of Rudy and Karoakee on Tuesday. As usual their caregivers were attentive to their specific needs. Excellent care. Appointment time took awhile to get into because the vet I requested is very busy. Definitely recommend Casselton Vet Service.

Everyone was very nice and I ve always liked you guys as a vet. But your prices are just way to expensive and I may have to move to another vet with more reasonable prices. I talked to a few people about how much I payed and they couldn t believe how expensive it was. I ve never payed that much for a vet visit not even for a surgery.

Hi, I came in for a routine heart worm check up so I could refill my pets heart worm preventative medication. I then had to buy some sort of fecal test with no explanation of why or if my dog needed it, and also had to get a wellness exam even though he wasn’t due for one until September which also cost me money I didn’t expect. Left the vet paying over $200, which is the most I’ve ever paid anywhere. Now I have to come back for booster shots and then my pet is due for shots in September. I will probably be finding another vet for the check up in September, unfortunately. Pretty disappointed with the lack of information I was given at this appointment when I asked questions and didn’t get many answers.

Once checked in at the front desk, the waiting area in front of the examine rooms was set up such that other owners and dogs had to pass within 3 feet of other dogs waiting to be seen. This is a bit too close for comfort tor reactive dogs or if an owner does not have close control of their dog. Fortunately an owner with an xlarge dog was smart and walked with his dog next to the examinination room doors to prevent his exuberant dog making contact with other dogs waiting for their appointment.

I always wanted all our five dogs and cat to be with this clinic. However, not so easy to drive all the time. However, Dr. Huckle has made our lives so much better and we love her!!

techs were 10 minutes late, offered no apology, were not friendly like usual.

The only thing I saw as an issue was that there were no options when it came to medicine. My dog is on an expensive antihistamine. The first time I knew the cost of this medicine was at check out. I would have liked to have an option on kinds of medicine that could work at different price points instead of sticker shock at check out.

For normal appointments, we are always able to get in when we need to be seen. That’s actually why we switched care to you guys and make the drive from Fargo. We really appreciate it! But for this surgery, we had to schedule more than a month out and then we got a call that it had to be pushed back another two weeks. It’s the only time we’ve ever been even slightly disappointed at the wait to get treatment for our pet. Then when we got the paperwork the week prior to surgery stating my pet had to be updated on vaccines for at least 28 days prior to surgery, I panicked thinking we would have to delay another month. I think that is something that should be disclosed or checked when surgery is scheduled, not sent out a week before the actual procedure. The vet accommodated us and did vaccines the day of surgery, but it caused a bit of stress and an easy change to your process could have saved us that. Just food for thought.

I almost fainted when I was told my bill was $1,100, and the woman reading the 8 xrays, etc seemed surprised, too. It was not explained to me what the cost of each xray exposure was. Of couse I want to do what is necessary to find answers for my horse, but I think the vet went overboard on xrays. I should have thought to ask the cost. I trusted the vet was acting in good faith and that 4 xrays of each front hoof was absolutely necessary. Be up front and transparent on cost.
