Dr Bengston was great. She treated our cat, Bummer, with kindness and concern. She answered all our questions with reassurance and respect. We were impressed with your clinic and all staff.

I love the new office and the convenience of being in Fargo. I really like your team and have never had issues. I was a little annoyed when I realized (after I got home) that my dog received all of the shots that she should have....except for her Rabies which was due a month later. I am going back next weekend to get that updated and ensure that all her shots are together. I am getting a new puppy and set up an appointment as well, so at least I have to make the trip again..

I understand that the fargo location is still working out the kinks but the wait to check in was ridiculous. the receptionist kept answering phone calls while the other receptionist was trying to check out two other customers who have been waiting. I d suggest that the receptionist ask the customers on the phone to hold for a minute as it doesnt take long to check in others that way it doesnt back up everybody else.

I really appreciate the Saturday appointments, which are part of normal business hours

I specifically stated that a certain medication made my dog sick, & they said it would be put on his chart NOT to give it to him. 3 days later, I received a call that something came up positive on one of his wellness tests & the techs first question was whether I wanted him put on the medication brand that made him sick or another kind. I told her AGAIN that he can t take that brand & isn t it on his chart? I did not get an answer. I went in to pick up the medication, and asked the receptionist at least twice if not 3 times if it was on his chart about the medication he can t take, and she didn t offer to look it up, or talk to a tech to look it up. It wasn t busy at the time I was there either. This should be important to your business as a Vet clinic because people are trusting you with their pets. To us, he is more than a dog,he is FAMILY, and family deserves respect. I ask that you be more careful with record keeping since it could mean the difference between a happy experience or a devastating one.

The Doctor and vet tech were very nice to us n to are cat. And showed that they cared about are animal. They took there time it was nice.

The results of the blood parasite test were not explained to me. Several of the tests were outside of the normal range. Also the pet report card indicated a negative result for lyme disease which I question since my dog has tested positive and been treated for this in the past. I thought that once the pet tested positive they will always test positive.

The vet said she would have the behaviorist contact me but I have not been contacted to answer my questions about my dog s recent behavior.

Dr Peterson was super great with our Boston baby Hera. He was kind, knowledgeable and informative. We could tell that he was passionate about what he was doing by the way he connected with us and shared personal experiences. One suggestion is around the odor. I completely understand that it is an animal clinic and expect a certain amount of odor, however, it was slightly offensive until you got used to it. This has nothing to do with the staff or service. Great experience overall!

This is the most awesome pet hospital around....friendly, and compassionate. Your fur babies are in the best hands when they are there.

I waited for about 25 minutes and went up to ask receptionist when I would be seen. Otherwise was impressed with the layout and the facilities.

I feel that nail trims during an appt should be complimentary. Not $28.

The only thing I had issues with was when the receptionist said she would send out techs to help me carry in 8 puppies no one showed up. I waited 20 minutes and got charged for that 20 minutes and ended up carrying them in myself. I was pretty upset and almost just took off when I had to stand outside for that long. The rest of the appointment went well though.

15 minutes passed scheduled time to get in. Dogs weight not updated on chart/bill I received.

Everything is always great there. But whoever does Xrays needs to maybe measure and adjust settings. The xray I got was too light to see very well. My husband brought the dog, but if I were there, I would have asked for a repeat. I realize you want limit the amount of radiation dose, but repeating to increase the MA is even worse than doing the correct settings the first time. Otherwise, everything is always awesome there.

It was a very good experience , Once we were able to get the appointment and be seen, our Vet and Vet Tech were thorough and very caring with our little dog. She is doing much better and we are thankful for the good care.

Ashlee and Sara were a great team! They helped our Jax have a positive visit! We appreciated their calm expertise in working with him!

Sue was absolutely amazing when we picked up Lilly. She explained everything so well and you can tell how much she cares about animals. It made me feel so good that Lilly was in such good hands with everyone in Casselton vet! Thank you!

I just wanted to share with you guys about the dog food that I have my Great Dane on. It’s called hanks dog food and when we were discussing it the doctor had mentioned if it was AAFCO certified or not. I did some digging and also reached out to my breeder about it. and found out it is a certified food. I appreciate the conversation that I had with Luna’s doctor and her concern about what food I have my dog on. If I wouldn’t have had the conversation at casselton vet clinic I wouldn’t have looked into it. Thank you for caring about the animals you see.
