I could hear all the conversations going on with the doctors and techs when I was in the room with my cat. I would suggest getting some music or white noise so clients can’t hear the private information.

I became very worried with my pup and while it wasn’t an emergency, I went to the clinic to try to get her in that day. The staff were very accommodating and the doctor was absolutely amazing. I believe her name was Dr. Phil? Although it was a bit irritating the clinic phones weren’t working but hopefully that is fixed soon. Fantastic first time experience with the Fargo clinic.

Devices for tail injury should be available. Taping a sock onto it isn t working.

The first visit I had it seems like you wasted my time and nearly killed my dog. She was misdiagnosed and 2 days later nearly collapsed. Normally I would expect this is just symptom progression but the first visit had no blood tests which showed her body wasn’t clotting and she was bleeding out from the inside. This huge overlook makes me not likely to recommend you to anyone despite liking your business in the past.

When the vet came to see my dog, she was only in there for less than two minutes. The wellness exam was rushed and I feel as though it was not thorough at all.

So incredibly happy we switched to you! Everyone has been amazing & you listened & helped with the concern we had with our dog.

The examination was not as thorough as I was expecting.

I won’t take my fur babies anywhere else!! Thanks guys so much

Awesome staff

I’m pretty old-fashioned, and I still like when people introduce themselves. I think it would’ve been nice if the doctor would have walked in, introduced herself to me, asked if I have any questions, the visit was extremely brief and the one question I did have was answered rather abruptly. I do understand how busy everyone is. But “bedside manner“ is important for veterinarians as well. We puppy parents want to feel like we are part of the process.

Vet techs were amazing and friendly. I never received the usual follow-up call to check on my dog a couple days later however.

Congratulations on your new office!!! Now if you can encourage the folks to hurry and finish the road construction life would be easier for everyone. ??. Five stars for everyone, thank you, Kathy Wicker

Everyone there was absolutely perfect!! They took care of not only our dog, but us as owners. They knew how to comfort us and make sure we were alright. We will most DEFINITELY be going back to you guys in casselton!!

Things seemed a little disorganized at check in, but I think that’s because someone was new and being trained in. Our vet tech we very sweet and understanding of our dogs vet anxiety. Dr. Jackie is the only vet we will see. We have been seen by other vets in casselton but none had the kindness and bedside manor that Jackie has shown both us and more importantly our dog. Thank you for being so wonderful!!
