Loved the Urgent Care option. As always staff was courteous, helpful and did a competent job diagnosing problem and providing follow-up meds & care.

Dr Moen was AMAZING! She took the extra time (and cheesewhiz) it took to get my reactive princess comfortable enough to do what needed to be done. I went in expecting a stressful visit like we ve experienced (elsewhere) for the past 2 yrs, but it was smooth and calm as could be and my reactive dog was comfortable enough by the end of the appointment, she fell asleep on the floor. Nothing short of amazing patience and the BEST care provided.

Every single interaction with staff was positive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Like every visit, my questions are given thought and time, never rushed or pushed to the side. To go above and beyond all of this, we even received a call from Dr. Pederson, unprompted, a few days later, checking in on our horse to ensure he is still doing well. I recommend Casselton and Dr. Pederson, specifically, to everyone I know.

Sienna was so nice and informative. She was able to answer my questions. Dr Reichert was so patient. He has such a calm demeanor.

While it took a considerable amount of time to get a call back in order to set up an appointment with Dr Boas, it is understood she is the behavior expert and is busy. The wait was worth it because she took a lot of time to get to know our situation and hopefully has tailored a treatment plan that will, over time, solve our problems.

My dog Maple was very nervous during our time there, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. I’m really happy with the service provided.

When I came in I asked for something specific, My dog quit eating dry food, but said her apatite was still good and would eat wet. Dr. Moen, wanted to do a lot of testing to see why she was not eating and did not seem to understand what I was asking. I appreciate my dog is old and can be more underlying disease and possible things going on but at this time her apatite was good she just did not like dry food but would eat wet food. I wanted to see about switching her to Wet food. She continued to push to do a lot more testing. I was not prepared to deal with all of the results at that time and it was overwhelming that night. I do know she meant well but wish she would have slowed down to listen what I wanted I have worked with Livestock all my life and understand animal husbandry and will give my dog excellent care. If she has a critical dieses we need to deal with I will do everything in my ability to make sure she is comfortable. She means everything to me and my Family. Thanks for allowing me to share I feel she is a good Vet just needs to listen to be sure what the family wants for their animal. Thanks

Everyone was so friendly and nice and very knowledgeable about the care of our cats health issues.

When I first started using this place getting an animal in to be seen on short notice was very easy they always seemed to make time. Costs were reasonable. Now with even more vets it takes 3-4 weeks to get an appointment and the costs are getting ridiculous. Seriously thinking about finding another vet service.

Dr. Huckle is fantastic. Shows tremendous care for our dog and answers all of our questions.
