Cash (Brown Lab mix - James O Donnell) gets very nervous/aggressive at the Vet. I m assuming he can feel the stress of other animals that have been though there and goes full flight/fight. However, I would like his teeth looked at and possibly cleaned and his nails trimmed. He will let me trim his nails but when I did it his nail blead pretty good (it didn t seem to bother him but it makes a mess). He is also very prone to ear infections. Question: Could you just sedate him next visit? I gave him the meds prior to the past visit but they didn t seem to do anything while he was there.....he did crash after and was drowsy prior. The last visit for his ear infection he was just sedated so you could do your work, that seemed to be the best. Could this happen for every visit?

This appointment was a farm visit to see our 4 horses. I can t thank Dr. Moen and staff enough for coming out to the farm to take care of the horses. Annual shots, dental, tear duct flush, Coggins, and sheath cleaning.....so very fortunate for Dr. Moen s equine skills!

Dr. Peterson and everyone on the staff are always helpful, friendly, and informative! We are very grateful that we have found the Casselton Vet clinic, and our dog Baloo is very well taken care of there! Thank you for the amazing service over the past year!

We love Dr Peterson but all the vets are great and we have always been happy with the services provided for all our animals big & small.

They were very friendly and very good with my dog.

Office staff was kind and great. Dr. Boas was rude and condescending. I understand it was a Saturday but she did not have to take it out on her patients family. Every question I asked she was rude or would have a remark that made me think she thought it was a stupid question. I’m not a vet and I paid for medical advice for my animal. Every question I asked, she made it seem like I was bothering her by asking another question. It was very disappointing. I have a feeling she has a lot of interactions like this with other family members.

I booked under the fargo link for soonest available and somehow that made me an appointment in casselton that I wasn’t aware about. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Luckily the front desk this time informed me if you click soonest available it picks either location. This feature should be fixed as it is very confusing and inconvenient.

Dr. Dowdle and Mikayla were great. They listened, explained what tests were recommended,and took excellent care of our fiesty cat. They explained the treatment options and sent us home with good plan of action. Our cat is eating again and feeling better. Thanks, we appreciate you. Also, during checkin and checkout the front desk team was friendly and created a smooth process from booking to checkout.

Feel as though Dr wasn t very through this visit. Didnt check hips. Slight glance at ears n didn t check teeth at all, but marked a score...

I live in Fargo, but I always travel to Casseltons clinic.

I CALLED THE OFFICE AND REQUESTED VACCINES AND COGGINS. THE MESSAGE WAS NOT RELAYED TO DR PETERSON AND STAFF.DON T KNOW WHO DIDN T GET MY MESSAGE?

I had to make three appointments. 1 - wellness visit, 2 - declaw consult, 3 declaw, chip, neuter. I need to drive miles to get to this facility. Had to reschedule because can t do consult on same day as wellness (unknown reason that would be a problem???). Get to first appointment and the lady who scheduled the other two didnt give enough weeks in between for all the feline shots. Had to reschedule all other appointments. Was in the waiting room for at least 20-30 minutes, just sitting. At wellness visit from 1200-1PM. The visit took less than five minutes. Seems a bit ridiculous. Have heard of other instances like this, and stories about why not to go to Casselton, but thought I d give benefit of doubt. I understand now. Try harder.

The staff at the Casselton location are very good at their jobs. They are friendly, efficient and most of all they were all gentle and kind with my dog Pippin. I appreciate you all.
