The form took at least 30 minutes to complete and was mandatory before my dog could be seen. Yet when the appointment began, none of the form had been read before the appointment started. Explaining everything from scratch took time during the appointment. The Dr seems wonderful but unprepared for the appointment.

I was so impressed with my 1st phone call. Top notch customer service is an understatement! The technician and Dr were just as great. Lots of furry friends coming and going. Lots of smiles from pets parents. Their rates were that of a small town Vet. Impressive, Impressive, Impressive! I recommended them 3xs with in 24 hours.

I was not given the option to go back with my dog to get a vaccine. About 4 hours later, our puppy could barely walk. His left shoulder was painful to the touch. He cried most of the night. It took 24 hours for him to recover.

We have been going to Casselton in Fargo for several years now. We have noticed a lot of positive changes these last few months! The staff has been extremely attentive and caring.
