I always feel welcomed and heard regarding my concerns with my pets. My dogs are beyond loved and they enjoy being here because they’re treated so fantastic. They love the techs so much they wait in front of the door for the techs to come back expecting pets and treats.

Riggs had some anxiety with vets this summer after a rough ear infection that was causing him to be aggressive towards staff when getting his allergy shots. He s been much better and has had no issues recently but the tech we had this week was great. She greeted him in the hallway and approached confidently which made him at ease. Body language means so much to them and she nailed it.

We appreciate and value the staff at Casselton Vet. We know that our furry loved ones are always in good hands and well cared for. Thank you for all that you do… each and everyone of you.

Great first experience from initial phone call to checking out. Front desk, technician and Dr were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend your office.

It was my first time at the Casselton clinic. When I arrived for my puppy s well check my appointment was not in the system.instead of turning me away or rescheduling the receptionist went to check if another doctor would see my puppy. The wait time was short and the entire staff from start to finish was excellent and demonstrated such care and compassion toward my puppy.

My only complaint would be that I called for an appointment in W. Fargo.. and they were booking out to the middle of October (e.g. greater than 4 wks). Casselton managed to fit me in within a bit over 2 weeks. Outside of that, staff were friendly, handled my dog (who s people shy and other dog shy) compassionately, etc.

The person checking me out was rude, and was not very helpful. I felt like I was just inconveniencing her and was very short with my questions. Everyone else was great, especially the nurse that gave me the instructions.

Dr Hannah Smith is excellent in this field and has the perfect personality for it!! Love her.

This was my first time at the Fargo location, and just like the Casselton location, everyone we came into contact with was so nice and genuinely cares about animals! It’s such a comfort to know how well our fur babies get treated when they’re so anxious to come to the vet!

It would be nice to be able to talk to someone sooner when calling in for urgent care appointments at 5 or 7. Waited on hold for over 20 minutes and then was told there was no appointments left.

Dr. Kobiela was very kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

They didn’t discuss prices with me prior to tests/procedures being done and the price was incredibly higher than I had expected. I also heard the staff talking negatively about me and my animal while in the back room- an fyi go staff, individuals in the rooms can hear you guys clear as day in the back. I did not appreciate how they just expected that I do everything they recommended as if I had several thousand available to spend. As a medical professional, I know that most humans don’t even put that much money into their own health, nor do I so why would it be expected I do so for my animal. I found the staff to be condescending and I will not be coming back because of this. Going to the vet is already a stressful thing for many individuals so many people don’t go and choose not to vaccinate, ect. I have had only good interactions in the past here so I was very surprised and sad to have this experience. Staff at the front was pleasant and the place was clean per usual. Just did not like the way I was treated as I brought my animal in for help in the first place.

All the staff are great. Please do your best to keep these people and keep them happy. Both locations have been great for me and my dog.
