I booked under the fargo link for soonest available and somehow that made me an appointment in casselton that I wasn’t aware about. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Luckily the front desk this time informed me if you click soonest available it picks either location. This feature should be fixed as it is very confusing and inconvenient.

Dr. Dowdle and Mikayla were great. They listened, explained what tests were recommended,and took excellent care of our fiesty cat. They explained the treatment options and sent us home with good plan of action. Our cat is eating again and feeling better. Thanks, we appreciate you. Also, during checkin and checkout the front desk team was friendly and created a smooth process from booking to checkout.

Feel as though Dr wasn t very through this visit. Didnt check hips. Slight glance at ears n didn t check teeth at all, but marked a score...

I live in Fargo, but I always travel to Casseltons clinic.

I CALLED THE OFFICE AND REQUESTED VACCINES AND COGGINS. THE MESSAGE WAS NOT RELAYED TO DR PETERSON AND STAFF.DON T KNOW WHO DIDN T GET MY MESSAGE?

I had to make three appointments. 1 - wellness visit, 2 - declaw consult, 3 declaw, chip, neuter. I need to drive miles to get to this facility. Had to reschedule because can t do consult on same day as wellness (unknown reason that would be a problem???). Get to first appointment and the lady who scheduled the other two didnt give enough weeks in between for all the feline shots. Had to reschedule all other appointments. Was in the waiting room for at least 20-30 minutes, just sitting. At wellness visit from 1200-1PM. The visit took less than five minutes. Seems a bit ridiculous. Have heard of other instances like this, and stories about why not to go to Casselton, but thought I d give benefit of doubt. I understand now. Try harder.

The staff at the Casselton location are very good at their jobs. They are friendly, efficient and most of all they were all gentle and kind with my dog Pippin. I appreciate you all.

It s hard to wait for weeks to see the vet when your pet is in pain. Just feels impersonal. I know the waiting was worth it but still hard.

We are taking our cat elsewhere!! At his last annual visit I feel he wasn’t treated well. They didn’t even touch him much or try to calm him or talk to him. When they tried to take him for bloodwork he hissed at them and they said I needed to bring him back another day for lab. He is 16 years old and never leaves the house, so going to the vet is hard for him. We have never had issues with him being hard to handle at the vet until that visit. I brought him back for lab and that was a disaster!! They couldn’t get blood to check thyroid and wouldn’t give me his prescription. Wanted me to bring him back the next day with drugs ahead of time. I wasn’t taking him out again that soon!! Not sure how he was handled in the lab but he wasn’t doing well for 3 days, didn’t move much and seemed sore and hurting. We have decided not to bring him back as it was extremely hard on him. Not sure what happened but cats can sense things.

Not sure the vet fully listened or diagnosed the issue and instead came out with a dead animal.

The vets are always patient so I understand what is going on with the health of my dog. Questions are encouraged and answered in a professional non judgemental manner. I love taking my dog here to know she is in good hands

My visit was actually an emergency barn call. Dr. Peterson and his vet tech Anna were great tobwork with and very thorough. I appreciate their time and patience.

Great appointment, got in within a day, appt was on time, great providers, answered all my questions, and provided thorough explanations. I am more than happy to make the drive to Casselton from Fargo, even if there is an office in town.

I was confused why the treatment plan was so different and more expensive than last time for the same treatment. I felt like I was talking to a car salesman trying to take me for everything he could. Asking to do unnecessary X-rays. Sedating my dog for a 5 second exam. $70 worth of pills when I don’t need that many. Just feels like I’m getting scammed.
