I ve been coming for years - and that won t stop - but the facility smelling overwhelming of animal urine. It s never been like that before.

Overall great first impression and plan on continuing to receive services there.

The staff were very kind and courteous and very thorough with their examination of my cat, Boggle. They treated him with the same care I would expect to see from a pet owner to their own pet.

My kitty had a lengthy reaction to her vaccination. I didn t get warned about that. It was over 36 hours before she was back to normal and in the meantime, her heart rate seemed excessively fast at times. I m sorta new at this and didn t know what to expect.

I could tell the employee that scheduled us tried really hard to get us in as soon as possible. I talked to her on the phone 5 times that day. I really appreciate her. The tech that worked with us was great. She was informative, compassionate and kind. The doctor that we saw was also amazing. She listened to me and answered all my questions as well as fully explained all options so that I could make a completely informed decision. This was a really hard appointment for us and I am so thankful that we went where we did and received the care we did. I appreciate them so much, thank you.

Dr. Mary Moen and her assistant were so kind and gentle to princess that she took to them pretty well. I was so pleased with their care and concern of her and her issues and I will definitely recommend her and Clinic to anyone who asks and I will be back at the Fargo clinic whenever I need help again.

i live in Horace , i had to drive to Casselton to get appointment, and even that was 3 week wait .

I do enjoy the late night visit options to go with work schedules, but I feel the quality of care has gone down. The wellness visit compared to my old vet are not nearly as complete. I feel my pet(s) is missing care. I also feel too much has been taken on and not enough staff. An hour and a half for a wellness visit was not convenient. I also kind of felt like sales of products through the vet was heavily pushed even if I suggested I prefer elsewhere. Always been a fan of what you guys do, but this year a change has definitely been noticed.

I really like my vet.Dr. She listens and answers all my question. I cares about my dog.

The staff has ALWAYS been very good with our fur babies and that is most important. Although this last visit the waiting room and exam room smelled like urine.

Our horses are in very good hands with Dr. Peterson. We appreciate him coming out. Thank you.
