Poor communication related to the medications our dog received and also charged for another animals medications. Seemed to be a disconnect between the clinical staff and administrative staff.

The staff at the reception desk did not go out of their way to welcome a new client or greet us. Did not explain where to sit while we wait or how long it would be. One gal sat there reading a book and never said a word to me. Very poor first impression. They didn’t even talk to each other. One gal seemed mad. It seemed cold and unfriendly where we stood waiting by the front desk.

Dr Moen was AMAZING! She took the extra time (and cheesewhiz) it took to get my reactive princess comfortable enough to do what needed to be done. I went in expecting a stressful visit like we ve experienced (elsewhere) for the past 2 yrs, but it was smooth and calm as could be and my reactive dog was comfortable enough by the end of the appointment, she fell asleep on the floor. Nothing short of amazing patience and the BEST care provided.

My husband and I are beyond satisfied with our experience with Casselton Veterinary Clinic. If we could, we would give them 6 stars instead of 5. Every single interaction with staff was positive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Like every visit, my questions are given thought and time, never rushed or pushed to the side. To go above and beyond all of this, we even received a call from Dr. Pederson, unprompted, a few days later, checking in on our horse to ensure he is still doing well. I recommend Casselton and Dr. Pederson, specifically, to everyone I know.
