I have never had a bad experience at the Casselton location. I love the staff and facility! I always feel that my dogs are treated with the best care. Unfortunately, the 2 experiences I had at the Fargo location were disappointing.

If I call in and complete my paperwork and send over vet history of my cats, they should know that. I walked in, no one greeted me and they greeted a guy that came in after me. So I had to wait longer to be greeted and you have 3-5 people up front. Then I waited 15 mins in lobby, then another 25 plus minutes in the exam room waiting. No one knew I had sent over history on my cats a whole month earlier so the vet tech had to go read the info. Then I come in and have to fill out more paperwork. I did all this over the phone and you should not be asking me for my social security information. That is for a bank, mortgage or car loan. Not a vet or a dr. That is not information you need to be asking people and I deem it intrusive. I was frustrated I had to wait so long and had to fill out more paperwork that was completed over the phone and emailed over. It s frustrating I prepared for my visit and have to pay up front and you were not prepared with the relative paperwork for the vet tech and vet to see me as a new patient. Your prices seem outrageous in general. I left another vet thinking I would have it better with you. Spays are 450-700? How are you encouraging people to keep the pet population down as a community vet at that rate???? Also, your signs in the exam rooms that payment is due upon service. That could be left in the lobby, it seems like your more concerned about money than pet care. Will continue my perm vet search. The girls in the reception area are wierd - your waiting in line and they are staring you up and down. Like I need to sized up by some 20 year old when I come in or stared it. Odd and uncomfortable. I liked my vet tech. I like Dr. Smith and knew her from Valley Vet. But disappointing. I got away from Valley Vet because they seem overly money focused and you seem the same way. You expect a lot up front and deliver little.

Wonderful services, I felt confident leaving my mare in their care.

I was very happy with the care provided and everyone was great! I appreciate the modifications to normal procedures in order to accommodate Tormund s size and his unwillingness to leave my side. He was much less stressed during this visit than past visits due to these changes. The prescribed treatments are working wonderfully and he s already starting to grow his hair back!

When someone makes an appointment for a rabies shot and only allows that much time with other things going on, you should look at there file and let them know they need a distemper and a wellnes check before arriving and getting nothing because they were not notified ahead of time to schedule more time for what is due ! So custome goes home with nothing and actually wasted 45 minutes of his own time !

Once again Dr. Peterson went above and beyond to make me and my horse comfortable and cared for during our appointment. I appreciate his quiet but direct style of communication. He performed a thorough lameness exam, and we formulated a comprehensive treatment plan for that day, as well as the future for my horse. I will be continuing to utilize his services for all of my performance horses going forward.

The visit was very good. Dr. Bjerke, Maddy, and Kayla were all friendly and informative. My one issue is that I only walked out with a bill. I didn t get any thing about the visit, a diagnosis for the foot injury/infection, or a Care plan. When I got home I realized I did not know how many times a day to apply the antibiotic ointment or whether it was all feet with scrapes or just the worst one. Since the visit for foot injury was now combined with wellness visit, I should have also gotten the form with all the usual wellness checks. Now I m not sure if all the checks were done. I keep these for my records each visit, so this time I don t have that.

We had to make an urgent care appointment on a Saturday. We were treated with kindness, professionalism, and our visit left us feeling like we understood the problem and our dog’s healthcare was in good hands.
