Everything was great except they forgot to do a procedure (chip) along with the spaying. I hope I don t have to pay for another visit to get the procedure completed.

You guys always do great and really care for my dogs. Oliver’s eye was swollen and they got us in right away and made sure he was alright. Our dogs mean the world to us and we always get the best care

At wellness visit I don’t recall my cats ears being checked. Tonight I swabbed them and they had black gunk. I didn’t ask for them to be checked as I thought if part of routine visit. Otherwise all went well. Staff very friendly and helpful!

I talked extensively with the vet and vet tech about an issue that happened when they took our dog to the back to draw blood. One the the staff members in the back very inappropriately and harshly scolded our dog who was terrified already to be taken back. When the vet tech tried to talk to the staff member after I overheard the encounter the staff member than mockingly made a comment about the issues. Very frustrated and upsetting and we will most likely be no longer coming to Casselton vet clinic after having been using your services for over 30 years for cattle and our dog.

Dr. Dowdle is an awesome doctor. The 2 vet tech were great also. The front desk staff could be better at customer service. I was the only one at the counter and waited a good 5 minutes before the girl finally decided to go in the back and see if my paperwork was ready.

My vet was rude and asked the same question three times. Not the best bedside manner. I had to tell her I was a medial provider myself after asking a question and getting a short and somewhat snarky answer to a basic question that the tech later answered for me without issue. Asked to not see her again.

The services I have received for my 14 year old Pomeranian have been exceptional. Honestly, when I brought him to the clinic for care in June of 2023, I thought his days were numbered. It is remarkable what Dr. Peterson has done for him.

Dr. Bartholomay is just the best! We have been seeing him for several decades and always feel well taken care of.

Never seen inside. First time here with new horse thought would be a little more intense exam. No pulse, no stethoscope. Nice job of blood pull and vaccination. Didn’t like suggestion of doing shots and vaccines in trailer. That is not safe nor an experience I would want any animal to go through. Scale for horses would be good.

Dr. Ulmer and the staff has always treated us well. They love Q, and they were the ones who took the time years ago to diagnose her and found her Thyroid condition. Since then, Q has been a happy and healthy girl.

Dr Thill was very nice and explained everything so that we were able to understand what was going on with Mayze. I am very happy with the service we received from the clinic
