I was frustrated with the amount of the bill vs being able to have a diagnosis as there wasn t one for $833. Seems like there should have been a discount for not being able to tell me why the horse was lame.

The experience was exceptional and we could not have asked for a better experience and willingness to educate us about what we were doing right. Great confidence booster for new pet owners.

Dr. Peterson is great! He is friendly and takes good care of my dogs. The techs are always nice and pleasant.

The reason for less than 5 stars on explanation is that I received a quote for 2 teeth extraction and it had way to large of a spread between high and low price. Tech did say that she did not know why it was such a spread, but gave it to me anyway. I think the time should have be made to make a better quote.

The casselton clinic is much friendlier than the Fargo clinic. And you can get in to be seen in a reasonable time frame. I was going to change vet clinics until we started going out to casselton.

We really enjoy John Reichert s care for our animals. The only thing I would change is that if a vaccine is due within 10 days of our appointment, that vaccine was either given or sent home with us so we can give it. Our dog got everything he needed to be kenneled, but the Lyme shot was not given according to the paperwork. I think this is the one vaccine that can t be done at the same time as others, and if this is the case, I wish it had been it sent home with us so it doesn t mean another stop in at the office.

Don’t condescend when speaking to people, sometimes they have more knowledge than you may think. Have an open mind, no one wants to speak to someone spitting out their opinion like you are a waste of their time.
