I am super impressed with the service that they provide.

My dog had to be sedated for his apt. He was muzzled prior to that. When he was brought back after sedation his muzzle was taken off… I get that he no longer “needed” it but in the case that he all of a sudden freaked out and bit them because he wasn’t sure where mom was. I would have been devistated. I did not appreciate that they took the muzzle off and gave an open door for that to happen. Thankfully nothing bad happened. My dog doesn’t mind his muzzle at all. I warned the staff about my dogs behavior prior as well. When he was getting sedated I could hear him screaming so loud and it felt like it was just on the other side of the door and I felt helpless. I sat in the room alone and balled my eyes out. I could also hear staff making conversations behind the door in the back. I was so worried and anxious about my dog that it was really frustrating to over hear some of the conversations they were having. They diagnosed my dog and were polite to me. I had no issue with the service I got and they explained things very well and I felt comfortable leaving with my dog. I just wanted to give my opinion on a few things that could potentially have made the situation a little more comforting for me.

Dr. Peterson is so very talented, we are blessed to have him as our horse vet.

We did have a pretty significant wait once we were in the room, which was a bit of a bummer since our dog gets pretty anxious in strange places and around other dogs. We also mentioned we needed to use the compassion entrance, but still ended up being the exam room closest to the front desks which meant we had to pass other dogs waiting on our way in, which isn t great. Our vet tech was phenomenal, our vet herself spoke to us very little.

Keep up the amazing job in the office not only by continuing to be helpful in every way, but thank you also for the helpful and caring staff and vets that take time to explain in our terms what is going on with our animals and for all the extra care given to the pets whom are like another family member to us. Thank you to the office staff, vet techs and veterinarians for all that you do!!

Very good care for our dog Charlie. I love the option of coming in to the Fargo location at night for Cytopoint injections. The staff is always very friendly and always asks if there is anything else that they can do for us. It is easy to get this type of appt but can be difficult to get a fargo appt to see the veteranarian.

Both Dr. Schmid and Jenny were excellent with Lexi, my 10 year old chihuahua!

Friendly and efficient visit. Dr. Kobelia was happy to make a dietary recommendation to increase calories for one of my little guys post dental surgery after he dropped a bit of weight during recovery after some extractions. Confident in the care we receive at Casselton Vet.

My appt was for a farm visit for equine vaccinations. I was very suprised and disappointed that the charge was $611 for the vaccines and blood draw!! There was a $93 chg for an equine exam-Dr Pederson did not due an exam. Very disappointed of the total cost. The mileage was split with another customer-so the cost was “shared” which makes the charges even more extreme.

Absolutely loved the vet that came out! She was so knowledgeable and absolutely amazing with my horses.

Only downside is hard to get appointments. However I’m sure staffing and the need for vets makes this a challenge for you. Our vet and tech were awesome. We have a very old and moody cat and were worried to bring her in. They were so good with her. Much appreciation
