Let people know when they call to schedule an appointment that if staff offer you the option to take an open urgent care appointment for later that day that it is going to cost you extra money. Also, cut down on the wait times. It’s usually takes a good 45 minutes to an hour AFTER the appointment time you’ve been given before you are seen. I’ll bet the techs dislike coming in and telling people the stock phrase “the Dr. will see you you soon. The last case took a little longer than we thought.” I have heard that at the last three appointments I have made at Casselton Vet in Fargo.

I was extremely satisfied and the Dr. explained things to me where I understood everything.

The staff was nice and treated our cat with care,kept us up to date on what was needed and gave an estimate up front to know what we were potentially looking at a it was a urgent care appt.

Love coming here just wish it didn t take so long to get an appt.

I was not there when the provider saw my pet so I do not know if he took enough time with my baby.

My appointment was an urgent care one, so I didn’t mind waiting, I was just glad to be fit into an already busy schedule so Max could get his ears looked at since he was miserable from time to time. I don’t like to see my animals having issues and always appreciate getting in to see a someone there.

I am unable to click on the values for the questions asked above-not sure why. My main concern was the vet that looked at our dog Katie did not address, discuss, mention Katies major health concern and that was her injured leg. If the vet had read her chart this has been clearly a major concern for some time. Katie has had acupuncture, chiropractic and PT services to avoid surgery. We worked with Doctor Bartholome for over a year on just that subject. She seemed more concerned about Katie s teeth and recommended a very expensive procedure although she herself wrote on Katie s report her teeth were good. We are dismayed, confused and disappointed. It is unlikely we will return to this vet. She should have been more prepared.

I was just disappointed I could not see my regular veterinarian. I have had to switch veterinarians 4 times, & now this is the 5th vet to see my cat. I would really like my cat or dog to see the same vet. It is like a human going to a doctor, we don t want to go to a different doctor every year for our annual exam. They get to know you & make notes. Just my feelings that would make it easier to come to the vet clinic. I often put off coming if possible because of not knowing the veterinarian that will see my animal. The veterinarian that saw my cat was kind, but did not know my cat s history. My previous vet no longer does wellness exams. The vet before that only will take appointments in Fargo. Tried to get into the other vet I knew, but that was reserved for horses, so I was forced to just take someone I did not know. Like I said, she did fine, but when you have an elderly cat that has had many issues, you want to know who is checking them out. Casselton Vet has been good to me, so I hope this doesn t come across so negative. I just want to deal with the veterinarians that know me, & understand the history of my animals.

I was very fortunate to get my dog in same-day at the Casselton location. It was much appreciated of the care my dog received while at the appointment. He’s already doing better thanks to the team and what was recommended for treatment!

Dr Peterson is the best. The techs are friendly and helpful.

First visit at Casselton (Fargo location) since transferring from another provider. Hands down, the facility, the care and time staff spent was not even comparable from previous vet. Felt my three dogs were extremely cared for. Time was spent with each one, things explained to me, and no extra services attempted to be forced. EXTREMELY pleased with my vet

Outstanding service, everyone was very pleasant and explained everything and all the options.

They were very friendly on the phone and at the appointment. The treatment plan and the costs involved in the visit was explained ahead of time which was nice. We will definitely be returning.

I’m not sure where ND law lies on this topic, but perhaps like MyChart for humans, a video service could be offered or at least a message service via the App. It was INCREDIBLY hard to get in and my cat’s issue was rather urgent. I work in healthcare, so have limited time available as well which makes it that much harder for everyone. He also needs pre-medicating, but seemed to do well this time with me. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Dr. Moen. She was fantastic not only with Norman, but his obnoxious owner as well. All of my frustrations with getting in dissipated due to her compassion and knowledge. Thank you.
