The vet and her technician were both very pushy and borderline rude at this visit and our last visit with Molly once we explain our budget and ask for service recommendations within that budget. We have chosen to seek a new vet for wellness exams as a result.

I loved the 3 ladies that helped my puppers at the appointment on Friday .. honestly way better than the last vet tech we had at Indy’s yearly appointment earlier this year. We would love it if we could always get the lovely ladies from this last Friday!

Murphy s cone of shame that he was sent home with got destroyed after he went outside. It broke into 3 pieces.Doesnt work well in the cold weather.

The initial call I made to get my dogs eye looked at. I was pushed to try an over the counter eye drops. The one recommended were just for itchy eyes. He had conjictivius that require antibiotics. Waited 2 weeks while trying the over the counter eye drops. As they were not working after 2 weeks, Called back to schedule an appointment. Called right at 5 and the phones were off. Got through the next day and got an appointment. Over all, pleased with service. Would have liked to not have been pushed to use over the counter eye drops as I knew what the problem was as this happens twice a year.

I had been with Casselton Veterinary for years with my previous dog. Now with my new dog they continue to provide great service. I wish the bookings for the fargo location were not as far out as the casselton location that cant always be helped. I do love that any prescriptions my dog needs can be picked up at the fargo location making it more convenient for me since I live in fargo

It was so great to have Casselton Vet available late in the evening so I was able to bring my dog in to be seen last minute.

The only negative of the appointment - we had an 8:40 pm appointment. It was shortly after 9 when we got into the room with the tech.

Bruno was very distraught when I picked him. Very very thirsty and nervous and had 5 poop accidents in the house during the late evening and thru the night. He vomited 4 times the next morning and couldn t even keep water down. He slept all day Tuesday and Wednesday. I am a little concerned how he was dealt with during his day at your clinic. He seemed to be totally traumatized and I am sorry he gave you such a hard time during his exam.

I felt a little rushed

I will chat with Dr Bjerke on my dogs scheduled visit in 2 weeks.

I will admit I had high hopes and low expectations for getting in the same day I called. I was concerned that I d have to wait a few days or end up at the Emergency hospital for something that may not be an emergency. Thankfully, you have the option of last minute appointments. It was unusual for me to be lucky enough to get one of those appointments, but we got it. I d never been there before but had heard good things. I was pleased with how the visit went and scheduled another appointment as well.

The veterinarian and tech were fantastic. They were great at explaining the issue, lab results and treatment and answered questions. They encouraged to call if I had questions or concerns. Thank you for the great care!

Kelly the Tech was Amazing and very friendly and she showed compassion, very caring towards my pup, she was Amazing with my daughter and I also, thank you. Dr.Mary OUTSTANDING, she was very helpful thank you very much.

Both the techs and the doctor answered all of the questions I had; and even let me call for further questions and were so nice and gracious about it!
