I have to admit, I was frustrated throughout the day because I had a situation that I felt was an emergency and I was made to feel it wouldn’t be possible to see a doctor until mid November. And to call back at 5pm cuz there may have been a cancellation. When I called back, I was able to get in at 6pm. I had excellent service while I was there. Thank you! I’ve been taking my pets there for years and haven’t been let down once!

The only thing I didn t like were the prices, but I get it. You have to pay your staff and for the product. $95 fee for concerned fee is a bit much. Times are tough for everyone.

Dr. Peterson is truly the best Equine Vet I’ve ever had. :)

Left disappointed. We thought it was her wellness check up. That s what we were led to believe. To get to the building it s about an hour drive for us. This has not been the only time this has happened. We ll call to set up the appointment and get told we re all ready and what to bring. Then when we do show up it s not what we thought it was going to be or we didn t bring something that we were never told to bring.

I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone. I have been here several times with my animals and I ve always been impressed with the care, concern and compassion the staff have shown to me as well as to my animals. I completely trust the care of my animals to the vets there.

The vet techs are usually very good at Casselton, but the gal who was on duty that day with Dr Peterson was exceptional. Very professional, well prepared but very approachable & down to earth, easy to talk to. I checked on the receipt. Her name was Kris. I hope I remembered to say thank you. She was exceptional!

We always have great experiences with the vets & techs there! They are understanding of my dog s reactivity and explain all tests/medication thoroughly.

Dr Bartholomay was very courteous, listened closely to our concerns, past history, etc. He and staff were very thorough, reviewed medical records from referring clinic. Advised that suggested testing would be unsafe in dogs current condition, and would not give us the answers we needed. The best part was that all testingceas done on-site, not sent out, and results were available before we left and a treatment plan was in hand and medications were also available. It was a great visit and I believe we are on the right path for better health for our dog. Thanks again!

Very bad on the texts/emails as far as you tell them to take a persons name off the records and tel them the name that should be on account and they can never get it right in their system. I gave up on it

The front desk staff at the Casselton location is friendly, inviting, and professional! All techs and vets are wonderful to work with, and easy to communicate with. I love visiting Casselton Vet, and would recommend anyone to them!

The stars don t click on the survey. The front dest staff seems very overworked and short of help. Should try to have someone that is focused on people in the clinic.

Noise machine or music in Room 5... Especially during euth visits next door. :) was a tough one for the kiddos in the next room. Appreciate everything they do for us!

The vet tech and the vet were an absolute delight! Gary is a very shy cat, but these two were wonderful with Gary. By the end of the appointment, he was even purring slightly! I appreciated their tenderness with Gary.

i HAVE BEEN GOING TO CASSELTON VET FOR AROUND 25 YRS OR MORE AND i LOVE GOING HERE---THEY RESPECT MY FEELINGS AND KNOW THAT MY ANIMALS ARE LIKE MY KIDS . I THINK DR. BJERKE IS THE BEST AND HE UNDERSTAND MY NEEDS AND WHY I M LIKE I AM WITH MY PETS. I WOULD ALWAYS GIVE BOTH PLACES A 5 STAR RATING.
