Please do not take on more clients than you have the staff for. I was not seen for the first 35 minutes of my appointment. My pets were nervous and I missed my next appointment of the day because you were overbooked. Please don t be like the others. Also, maybe you should get a cart for heavy pets in carriers. There were clients who needed this and they were too old to not have help from your end.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though there was a miscommunication on the time. They were also helpful on getting something scheduled with many cancellations throughout the day. Also, kudos to being open until 10 on Saturday night.

I was unable to use the star system. I would have given a 5 for all the questions. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bartholomay. He used to be our regular vet. The past few years we have not been able to utilize his services due to scheduling. Dr. Bartholomay discussed all our concerns, made a plan and started to follow the plan when X-rays showed a tumor in Bella’s lungs and possibly her stomach. Dr. Bartholomay came in immediately and informed me. He was very tactful, empathetic and caring when he informed myself and my daughter of Bella’s diagnosis. He was extremely concerned about Bella and her ongoing health. He provided us with a supplement that will help Bella have a better quality of life.

Thank you Dr. Thill and the entire Casselton Vet team for taking such good care of my cats, Gatsby and Daisy. We appreciate all you do, you are always so kind, helpful, and supportive. I don t know the name of the tech who helped us at the appointment but he was absolutely lovely as well. Thank you!!!

Dr Smith and the vet tech were WONDERFUL! The girls up front were very friendly as well :) We left feeling like we knew the plan going forward and everyone, minus the dog now on a diet, were happy with the plan! Haha

I never received my paperwork for Duke in the mail to fill out. Also I never received a phone call after his surgery. I did call in and check on him and was told someone would call me before picking him up but never did. Otherwise staff was friendly and Duke seems to be doing great so surgery went well. Thank you!

It is never very easy to get an appointment unfortunately.

Dr. Peterson took many calls from me in the PPE and horse buying process. He even spoke with my vet here in California. I did end up buying the horse.

All of the staff were great! The wait time once I was in the room was a little delayed, overall we were there for just over an hour.

Sara is the best vet tech! She is personable and you can tell that she really cares about the patients. All of the staff at Casselton and Fargo location have been great.. from losing a pet recently to starting with a new , it’s been great to have a supportive staff.
