Very nice and helpful as always. Very willing to explain everything in terms I can understand not being in the profession myself. Got me in a very timely manner (that day in fact) and the whole process was fast and pleasant.

I was grateful that we were able to be seen on short notice. Everyone was very nice and the visit was quick.

Dr. Bjerke has been taking care of our 3 dogs for over 20 years. He is truly the best! He cares about our dogs and is always concerned about their well-being.

After not being into our primary veterinarian for follow-up treatment, I was extremely happy that Max could be seen for an Urgent Care appt. He was extremely sick with pneumonia. Everything was explained and within one day of medication he’s already improved. So thankful that he could receive Tx .

My dog just rec d a shot so didn t visit about anything with tech. My dog wasn t seeing our vet this time. The facility didn t look as tip top clean as it usually does.

I am always impressed with the service here. The staff take the time to be straight with me about my dogs health and wellness. The scheduling is great too with most of the time being able to have my dog seen within a week.

Dr.Alexa and her staff were very nice, patient with questions, treated us and our pet with respect. We will definitely return!

My cat Bean is known to be anxious and not always is the nicest when she is anxious. Regardless of her behavior, all staff remained calm, cool, and collected through the entire appointment. Such an incredible staff of people that work for the clinic! Thank you for all you do!

I had to reschedule my appt due to weather. The soonest appt they had open after that was a week later at 8:40pm. I live 30 min away. They took so long trying to give my cat her shots. It was her first visit. She became anxious. I’d never seen her like they before. The staff kept saying I may need to bring her in at another time. I said no way. I was there past 10pm just for kitten vaccinations! They finally ended up taking her out of the room so they could give her the shots. That should have been done long before that. I was not satisfied with how they handled that.
