I want to see the same vet always. I specifically ask for Dr Peterson and have no certainty of seeing him. I will go somewhere else if this continues. I miss the smaller vet clinic with Mark W. I think you’ve gotten so big you forget consistency and familiarity are important for us non-ranchers.

The Casselton Vet office in South Fargo is the best ever!!! Never had so many caring people help us before with well puppy checks, rare illnesses or allergies & finally having to put our adopted fur babies down when they got too old and sick to continue with life. We LOVE this facility!

I was there with a sick newborn foal. It took 4 hours for the vet to try to run plasma into her, and while the vet said we got 300ml in, it was not even 100 ml. I came in asking for plasma, fluids, and a tube feeding and antibiotics. The foal was standing, wanting to eat when I arrived with her. They kept trying to reinsert the catheter in the neck and missing, and the vet tech had to do it because the vet couldn t. The vet tried to pull a blood sample when we first got there and couldn t and the tech had to do that too. By the end of it, 4 hours later, there was blood all over her neck and still no catheter. We weren t getting the plasma in or the fluid she needed or the feeding. She was dehydrating fast. After 4 hours I finally gave up and asked him to pack the plasma on ice and rushed as fast as I could back to my local vet with it. Shortly after I arrived, my foal died. I know with babies like this, sometimes these things happen. I also know time is of the essence and your vets wasted a lot of it. I can only think that if we d have gotten the fluids and the feeding and the antibiotics in her in a timely manner, she may have pulled through. So yes, I got into the facility quickly and the facility was clean and the staff was friendly, but the vet not only didn t help, she wasted precious time. I only came to you because you carried the plasma. None of the local vets did. And then I had to buy it and I paid for it to be put into the horse, but your vet couldn t get it done so $1020 later I left with a dying animal.

The staff are so friendly and courteous. My dog is a handful (fearful) and the office and vet techs are always wonderful to us. Dr. Schmid has been understanding and extremely patient during each of our vet visits. She helps put my dog and I at ease and even when he’s still frightened, she takes the time to ensure we are in a safe place. I am extremely grateful and appreciate the effort put forth by Dr. Schmid, because I know we are not the only clients who need to be seen. Thank You!

I was very satisfied with my visit on November 2nd. Doctor Dowdle and her techs were Excellent!! They were very thorough and caring with Dazy.

It didn’t seem they cleaned the room in between dogs. I watched the dog leave the room and they immediately took us into the same room without cleaning

It was a wonderful visit and informative. Our dog Peanut was a trooper and everything went well. Received information we can use in the future and at the present time not a crucial panic to take any measures on our concerns. Thanks to the staff.

I was surprised by all the dog hair on the seats in waiting area and on the table used for exam in the room. Appreciated all the staff’s genuine love of animals and the hospitality. I’m thankful for the suggestions for caring for my dog.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic the vet was - she explained everything and was extremely thorough. I would have her see every animal I ever have, as she was kind, knowledgable and was very concerned for my dog. 10/10 My visit to the Fargo Casselton location/facility prior to this visit was horrible - I am not sure if you received my email regarding the young tech there but I do not want any animal of mine to see her again. She was impatient and not dog friendly. 1/10
