The front desk person I felt was rather rude and not customer friendly. The other staff was friendly nd hekpful.

When I arrived I was informed that my appt was actually for the Casselton location. To my surprise the front desk went back and asked if someone would make time to see my cat. I was seen within 5min. They were very efficient

Everyone was fantastic and helpful. I was feeling nervous about leaving Marilyn there for her dental surgery, so I was able to talk to one of the doctors that was going to be doing it for her and they talked me through and reassured me Which meant an awful lot cause I was a nervous wreck leaving Marilyn there. Thank you all again for all your help.

It took a while to get an appt for our dog. Once we were there the staff was kind and helpful.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming. I stood in line and nobody acknowledged me while there were 5 staff members behind the desk and one person being checked out. So it wasn’t busy- but didn’t feel like I was important enough to be acknowledged or even a curteous “I will be with you in just a moment”
