i HAVE BEEN GOING TO CASSELTON VET FOR AROUND 25 YRS OR MORE AND i LOVE GOING HERE---THEY RESPECT MY FEELINGS AND KNOW THAT MY ANIMALS ARE LIKE MY KIDS . I THINK DR. BJERKE IS THE BEST AND HE UNDERSTAND MY NEEDS AND WHY I M LIKE I AM WITH MY PETS. I WOULD ALWAYS GIVE BOTH PLACES A 5 STAR RATING.

Service is always great. However I scheduled this appointment because I received an email that our dog was due for her annual wellness visit, only to find out that all of her vaccines are still current and we had no concerns so we paid $241 for almost literally nothing.

The vet, vet tech, and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing! The vet did such an amazing job of making sure we understood everything and we definitely felt like our dog was in good hands. It was such a great experience!

When I tried to click to change a rating on this survey, it wouldn t let me. Casselton Vet always does a wonderful job! My only complaint was that I had been waiting a while after the vet came to give me an explanation about my dog and care. When I went to the receptionist to ask about it, she said my dog was put under and had to come out of it, although the vet said she hadn t been-which I mentioned. The clerk was so sure, but wouldn t check to see what was going on with her for sure. She wasn t too much longer after that, which was nice. So my only suggestion would be if someone asks about their pet and the ladies aren t sure up front, to find someone that does know.

I had a same day urgent care visit for my kitten at 12pm and ended up having to go again the same day at 7:20. The vet squeezed me in and waived the fee for a visit the second time and charged me for only the supplies and services used. It was extremely appreciated. It ended up only being a scratch on his eye but they made me feel better and calmed me down and gave him many treats and even clipped his nails.

This clinic is understaffed and wildly inefficient. I waited 2 months with a clinic scheduling error for this recent appointment to occur. Why an assistant was asking me about trauma with my dogs limp is beyond me….but more so is insulting, rather than helpful in determining how to help my dog. The orthopedic vet was great, except I don’t speak orthopedic medical terminology. The vets are strong at Cassleton Vet, I just wish the supporting staff were better trained.

We have loved the Casselton Veterinarian service for years! Thankful to have a Fargo branch now. Super thankful that Dr Huckle and her staff put up with me! I grew up going to the Casselton Vet Clinic from the Dr Roth days and have been there ever since. Thank you to all of you!

I would have preferred an itemized services email prior to the visit so I would know how much to expect to pay going in. I walked in thinking I was going to spend about $60 on shots and I walked out spending almost $200 (and that was on the cheap side). If I would’ve known, I would have properly budgeted. Additionally, I have noticed it can be really hard to reach you guys by phone. There have been days where I have waited nearly 15 minutes on hold just to schedule an apt or ask a question about services. It would be helpful if we could self schedule online. At least for yearly apts.
