I needed to book a 6 month appointment in Fargo and they did not have the schedule done yet. Thought that was a little odd.

I have been more than happy with our care at Casselton vet. Our dog Hayes has had to have a couple dental procedures and has had the best care and outcomes !

Everyone treated my dog with kindness and I love when the staff are gentle with my crazy bulldog!

I scheduled an appointment for an anal gland expression for my dog. Upon calling for a quote I was told a wellness check would need to be performed as my dog had not been in for a visit in awhile. I understand you need to make money and a 30 dollar gland expression doesnt pay the bills. So whatever, an extra $55 for nothing more than a once over. Fine. His glands needed expressing badly. Then I get a bunch of vaccinations pushed on me. Not interested, just here for the glands. However both the vet and vet tech are very adamant about a rabies vaccine. The first thing the vet does when she walks in is open a needle and go at my dog. I objected and said I wasnt interested in the rabies vaccine. I was then told that they are required by law to vaccinate for rabies. I didn t buy that shit for a second but was not in the mood to argue. Watching my dog get jabbed against my will made me sick. I also paid for that privilege. What shouldve been $30 became $111. I won t be back.

It did take a few weeks to get in to get my dogs glands expressed - no worries, it was my first time booking and wasn’t sure how long it would take to get in. Otherwise 5 stars all around!

Unprofessional, unaware, careless, are some of the better things I can say. We are still waiting on a callback for my dogs torn CCL a week later. I guess not as important as you said? The only contact we received was this survey. So enjoy your rating.

Saylor and I truly like your veterinarian clinic… The atmosphere was very calming for myself and for Saylor … The rooms were very clean and well-kept also… They took really good care of Saylor and answered all my questions!

Everyone was very accommodating even though we had to decide to put our cat down.

My only problem was, I had called to ask what I should budget for my cats proceedure (neutering), and I was quoted a range. When I picked up the boys and paid my tab, it was in excess of the range. I had been quoted for the actual proceedure, but not the costs for anesthesia, the pre-op tests, etc. That is a little frustrating, from a budgeting point of view. Otherwise, your service is outstanding, and worth every penny.

Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful with and understanding of my anxious dog. The doctor took great care in explaining the procedures to me.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with Korra. My foot is in a boot due to a broken bone the staff was empathetic and made my day better.

Getting a hold of the office was a bit difficult, I had tried calling right away at 7:30 and was on hold for 12 minutes. Other than that I love taking tucker here!

The cat room table was not clean There was no towel or blanket with Feliway on the table The weigh scale was dirty It is important to clean in between cats imo and it use to be the business s opinion too - becuase they did it.

I made an appointment with Dr Huckle (our usual Vet) to spay our black lab on 7-19-23. I had called a month prior to see if moving the date to 7-26-23 was an option and I was told she would be gone that day, so I said I would keep it on 7-19-23 as I wanted Dr Huckle to do the surgery. When we picked up our dog after surgery, I noticed that Dr Thill was listed as the Dr. I asked the Tech and she verified that Dr Thill did the surgery. The Tech was nice and appologetic about the mix up in Drs. She stated she would talk to the Business Manager about it. I expected a call from the Business Manager to discuss this, but I didn t which was even more frustrating. CVS seems to have gotten too big and impersonal. I have nothing against Dr Thill, but I don t know who she is and I don t like going to a Dr I don t know for myself or my pets, especially a surgery!

We took our dog for a cytopoint injection at 2130. I went inside to get checked in and the lady at the reception desk told me it s not an appointment and they were going to take my dog to the back for the injection. I explained she is human aggressive and that will not work. She told us we could bring the dog unto an exam room for the injection. We were in the room for a few minutes when 2 techs burst in the door. The only thing they said was here for a cytopoint injection and before we could discuss how best to do this for our dog, one of the techs (male) came up by her face and held her against the wall. If my boyfriend wasn t holding her the tech probably would have been bit. I ve very upset regarding the techs behavior. I spoke with a different receptionist after and she informed me it does mention something about my dog being aggressive in her chart. I m very upset that the techs did not even ask how it would work best to give the injection that would keep all of us safe and be the best for our dog. I m my dog were to get a bite on record because the techs can t do their job properly I would have been very upset. We will be finding a new vet as this has been a common occurrence for us with the last couple of visits

I was a bit surprised that I had to schedule this meeting asap for Oakley s booster shots and wellness exam as we had not received any notification that those shots were expired already. I was also surprised as her last wellness exam was in September or October and was told that is overdue now as well.
