It took longer than I liked to get the appointment, but I do understand. I really like my experience there. I will continue to use you and plan on bringing my mothers min pin in as soon as I can. Thank you for being there.

Very satisfied with the staff who took care of my Bella. They took the time to explain everything in detail and showed compassion for her.

Front staff did not seem very welcoming. Would like to have seen a smile on any of the three faces. As customer service goes if my dog didn’t need the desperate treatments. I do not think I would come back.

John is our favorite vet there....caring, professional, knowledgeable, etc. He takes such good care of our pets and animals. The only thing for the 3 of five stars in terms of getting in to be seen, is the call at 7:00 a.m. to get an urgent care appointment. This is not Reichert s problem, of course.....but it s annoying to wake up at 6:55 to make an appointment for the same day when I called the afternoon before to get my dog in. Otherwise, loved our vet tech, the gals at the desk, the care my dog got, and of course, Reichert. I hope I spelled that right. :-)

When we arrived for our original appointment we were told there wasn’t a surgeon for the spay and that we would have to reschedule. It would have been really nice to have a phone call letting us know rather than having to drive all the way out, wait in line with a nervous animal and then try to reschedule on the spot knowing you will need to rearrange your week around it again.

Everything was great

Dr Boze was very nice and helpful. I would have, however, liked for her to have read Bothi s chart better prior to our exam. That way she would have known his recent tests and the results. Thanks!

Ear infection Medicine way too expensive- need more options for patients on generic medications. Allergy meds not cheap either.

I was waiting on the line for 30 minutes before a receptionist was available which is totally understandable! I wish there was somehow you could say what spot in line you are for how many callers are in front of you! Just so you’re not sitting waiting and not knowing how long it may take ?¨

It s too expensive

The doctor was great in explaining things to me. The tech s where super awesome putting up with my dog and me. They also schooled me on procedures which was awesome.

My cat had an accident in his carrier and they cleaned him up & cleaned out the carrier for me.

The Gal s were awesome with Jett. He came from a shelter and has some trust issues. They worked with him and got him taken care of. Thank you

I so appreciate that you keep some urgent care appointments open, my normal vet was booking way out and couldn t get my sick dog in, I called many, many, places in Fargo, Grand Forks, Crookston and in between and either they were booked way out or repeatedly didn t answer the phone. Your office answered right away every time i called, was so helpful and while I had to call a few times to get an urgent appointment I did manage to get in and was impressed with the professionalism, nice facilities and ease of getting an appointment. We will likely be back even though we are almost an hour drive away and will let others know.

I have always been really satisfied with your service. I go way back with you guys. You are great. I will always be there. You take such good care of my Chassie. Thank you very much
