We had a new dr and he was awesome. Really cared and spent more than enough time with us We felt good leaving I would recommend dr. Very happy

Dr. Galbreth was fantastic with my dog! He fit us in last minute, took the time to care for my dog, and made me feel better about how sick my dog was. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know! The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful!

I appreciate the staff at Casselton vet clinic Fargo so much. Even though my dog can be difficult they are so understanding and gentle with him. Both the tech and Dr. Mary took their time to listen to me and explain results and treatment. Remy is doing much much better since our visit. Even though Remington doesn’t show his appreciation please know his mom and dad are very grateful and thankful to have such a great clinic filled with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for everything you do for our fur babies!

I came in and said I was there to check in my dog and gave them my dogs name. They said they had to find the paperwork for him so I sat in the waiting area. I sat there and watched as many other animals were checked in, treated, and left. Finally after 45 minutes I got up and was about to walk out. Someone then asked me if I had been helped. I said yes, over 30 mins ago I came and checked in and had been waiting to be seen. All my dog needed was a rabies shot. They quickly took his weight and brought him back to do the shot and checked me out and sent me on my way. I am really not sure why it took so long or what paperwork they needed to find. It was very frustrating to sit there and watch everyone else have quick service but not me. There is no way that the staff did not notice me sitting there for 45 minutes.

The tech was very rude-vet was great. When I got home I realized the vaccine wasn’t updated so I called and they said it was given when my dog was in the back, but I didn’t see it.

Can t say enough good things about facility & staff so much so that we intend to use them for all our pets care.

There was a bit of a wait to be seen, but overall everyone at this clinic was very helpful and was exceptional at taking time to examine my pet and provide me with all treatment options. Vet and tech explained all treatments and issues very thoroughly with me. I was very pleased with the care my pet received and the way I was treated. Thank you so much for caring!

We had an appointment at 840 that night, they examined him and explained what they had to do. But they were more worried about what time they closed, and having enough time to do the procedure. The animal should always come first, I came to you guys because you were the only place open that night that would see an exotic animal and you guys are also considered an urgent care. Otherwise the experience was great. I just didn t appreciate feeling like my animal wasn t a priority, due to them closing soon.

Very impressed with DVM Peterson. He was personable, efficient, knowledgeable and gave good explanations to all available options of treatment for my horses’ issues without pressure to choose one treatment over another. I was also impressed with the staff and facility. Grateful to have their services available, highly recommend.

The vet tech I had that day was a bit rude but the veterinarian was really nice.

I was a little disappointed that I was charged an urgent care pricing when the clinic easy open normal business hours and had avai time slots for my pet to be seen. Seems like a way to get extra fund when people call last minute for an appt.

A call the day after surgery to see how things are going would be appreciated.

I was really disturbed when my 14 pound dachshund mix was brought out after an atypical neutering with a face cone half his body side. I don’t know who cried more on the way home…he was incredibly distressed by the huge cone. Offering other options would be appreciated.

Dr. Reichert is a very knowledgeable vet and took the time to answer all my questions throughly. He was also patient with my not so well behaved young dog. Thank you!
