We love Casselton Vet but it’s hard to have such long booking times for services.

Please find more vets! The wait time and the release of urgent care hours is a horrible customer experience

First time I ve had my greyhound s teeth cleaned at this clinic. Greyhound bloodwork and reaction to anesthesia is different than other breeds so I brought information about their bloodwork and the recommended anesthesia. I did this because we lost a dog several years ago while having a dental done where we used to live. No offense was taken by your staff and the information was reviewed and put in Hardy s file. I felt very confident he would get the very best care, and he did.

After my time with the tech and vet I had to wait a while to get my visit processed. With not much separation in the waiting area my dog had a tough time as there was lots going on. So if the processing of the visit can be completed faster it would help visits.

Please get faster computers ?? it’s a huge bottleneck in checking out..especially during busy times with reactive dogs trying to remain calm when the line gets even longer.

The staff and doctors were so helpful! My mother passed away a week before my appointment, so my brain was not functioning fully. I had it in my head my appointment was on Thursday, when it was in fact, on Wednesday. I even responded to their text reminder for a Wednesday appointment, saying I would be there, but I was still convinced it was on Thursday. I was driving from out of town and booked a hotel for Wednesday night so I could be there bright and early on Thursday morning. Well, Wednesday came, and they called to find out where I was. I was horrified that I made a mistake on the day of the week. I did not give them the actual reason for my scatterbrain, other than that I was clearly an idiot, and they looked at their schedule, spoke to the doctor, and he kindly fit me in for the following day. I was so THANKFUL! They said I might have to wait a bit (I did not), the doctor was extremely informative about my dog xrays, I could hear the staff in the back oohing and aaahing over my dog as if he was their own, and they even sent me a photo they took of him on his sedation meds! 10 out of 10, I would go again if I didn t live so far away!

Both our vet and our vet tech were wonderful! They did a great job of explaining what was going on and why.

This appointment was made months ago, and in the meantime this pet became deceased and you removed him from my pets. No appointment existed in my pet portal, because the pet did exist there, the only reason I knew There was an appointment was because of your reminder system, without that I would have missed the appointment or not canceled it. So good for the reminder system. I once got a lecture about looking when your appointments were scheduled when the reminder system did not work, but that would have completely failed in this case. So please keep the reminder system, it helps prevent when your system removes pets as well. I just used the appointment for other pets, which was helpful, and the lab did a quick job so that Basil could start needed treatment promptly
