When I arrived I was informed that my appt was actually for the Casselton location. To my surprise the front desk went back and asked if someone would make time to see my cat. I was seen within 5min. WOW! Keep up the great work. Customer service is obviously a focal point for you guys. Keep up the great work!!! A+++

The Vet Teck that we had was amazing. Jenny went above and beyond to make our dog Drake happy and she was very wonderful to me and my husband too. Thanks so much Jenny at Casselton Vet in Casselton.

They were very efficient

Everyone was fantastic and helpful. I was feeling nervous about leaving Marilyn there for her dental surgery, so I was able to talk to one of the doctors that was going to be doing it for her and they talked me through and reassured me Which meant an awful lot cause I was a nervous wreck leaving Marilyn there. Thank you all again for all your help.

It took a while to get an appt for our dog. Once we were there the staff was kind and helpful.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming. I stood in line and nobody acknowledged me while there were 5 staff members behind the desk and one person being checked out. So it wasn’t busy- but didn’t feel like I was important enough to be acknowledged or even a curteous “I will be with you in just a moment”

I was SHOCKED that she had not ingested something which was the root of all issues, however 24 hours later she was a completely different dog in a good way!

My horse needed an unscheduled farm visit for colic. I was unable to be there, but the barn manager at the boarding barn was keeping track of everything. She called the on call phone and left several messages, then received a call back four hours later. That call was to tell her to try a different on call number. The second on call vet responded promptly (Thank you!). My horse had mild colic and turned out fine, but in a more serious situation the four hour wait time for the first call back could have been life threatening. As it was, it wasn’t a good example of customer service. I was not at all satisfied with Casselton’s service in that instance.
