I really enjoyed working with the vet. He spoke explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. What really stood out is that he recommended getting the medication elsewhere at a cheaper cost even though that wasn t in the best financial interest of the business. That goes a long way to having creditability with me.

I was very happy to be able to be seen on Saturday for an urgent appointment that was available to me when I called in first thing in the morning. Sometimes it s very difficult to get in because you re so busy and that just shows how good you are. I had an excellent provider and I was very pleased with my visit and found out exactly what was wrong with my kitty. That was a huge relief to get some answers and get him on some medication to help him. My dream job is working right there with you all.

I brought 2 dogs in for their yearly check ups and shots. One, Liam, has behavioral issues when dealing with strangers (this is a work in progess) due his having bee abused before we adopted him. Dr. Moen and Grace worked slowly and patiently with him for quite a while to gain some of Liam s trust and put him at ease. They also recommended that I bring him in for fun visits to help him socialize. Dr. Moen also indicated that we could make arrangements for Liam to receive professional counseling . Dr. Moen and Grace are, in my opinion,the definition of compassion, commitment and professionalism. I hope they stay with Casselton Veterinary Hospital for a very long time! Ron Ragan

Honestly, I am sending a letter questioning my charges. The service was very good. When I got home and reviewed my bill, it did not look accurate as in charged multiple times for the same code? I did send a letter of concern asking for more detailed explanations. Thank you.

My dog had TPLO surgery. With lots of medication’s, probiotics, antibiotics, etc. it would have been really nice to have everything laid out on a sheet of paper. The previous location I had surgery at had a detailed list of medication’s and how often they should be given, even though they say it on the label, it is nice to see it on paper so you can Time them correctly. Otherwise, everything was great.

I greatly appreciate all the staff there and understand wait times may be a little longer but i was there 15 minutes early and by the time everything was said and done we waited 20 minutes past our appointment before anyone even came back to the room. Emergencies happen but you definitely feel forgotten about after a certain point.

Everybody treats our fur babies like they were their own. Very caring and understanding.

I would like to thank Dr. Galbreath and Brandee for their kind, thorough and wonderful care of my mare during their farm visit. Coming such a distance and helping us is something I am truly grateful for. The subsequent followup and assistance I received to continue to care for this mare were also so helpful and made this extremely difficult situation bearable. I understand that the clinic was busy, but our appointment took almost two hours! We sat in the room for an extremely excessive amount of time and had no idea what was going on. After all of that, our paperwork wasn t done and the front office didn t have enough help to assist us. Very frustrating visit for us.

Grace and Dr. Lori Huckle were fantastic! I felt as though my concerns were qualified and as though they were in no rush to move on(although I’m sure that was not the case). ?? They were both so loving and gentle with our pup on his first visit as well! Thank you!??

I love casselton vet and used it over 50 times at this point for various appointments. we foster animals for non profit and often require a vet. casselton is good. its affordable, easy to navigate and make appointments, people are friendly and professional.

Dr. Bartholomay is hard to get into. You just need to make sure you schedule way ahead of time to get an appointment. It is nice to be able to have the same vet each time with your pet. He is very knowledgeable & kind. He is very good with animals.

Just really disappointed in the after care with some possible complications after surgery. Little over a day after surgery dog was having some complications and the advise was to take him to the emergency vet to be looked at and said complications taken care of on my dime, I guess I would just expect a little more inclusive care after paying a lot of money for the surgery!
