My dog needs Cytopoint injections at least every 4 weeks. I m very diligent about scheduling his appointments so I can get in. Unfortunately, I m not independently wealthy and need to work, so one of his appointments had to be rescheduled. It was rescheduled for approximately a month out -- so he actually missed one injection. This caused him to develop an ear infection, runny eyes, tons of discomfort. The scheduling staff was underwhelmingly helpful. There is no wait-list to get him in sooner, and I was advised to call daily in the event there may be an open appointment. I requested my dog s record be FAXed to Lee Vet. This was just not an acceptable ...anything. I m irritated and frustrated.

It’s hard to get an appointment and you need to be open on the weekends as well.

Both the vet and tech were great with my senior cat. She gets really upset and they were very patient with her and listened to me on how to handle her

Dr. Darin Peterson was fantastic for a lameness exam and treatment of my show horse. He was extremely kind, thorough, and thoughtful in his explanations and treatments. It was very important to him that we were both on the same page for the treatment of my horse. We did a chiropractic treatment as well as x rays and joint injections. I have been using equine chiropractors for more than 10 years and his chiropractic was by far the best treatment my horse has received. I will definitely be hauling in to Dr. Peterson for my horses future needs.

Vet tech was excellent, the vet I saw made me feel like I was not taking care of my dog very well.

It was hard to get an appt within the next month. I had to keep checking your website everyday to see if there was an earlier appt available. The staff was amazing and very thorough. Also, I couldn t cancel an appt online. I sent an email asking to cancel a certain appt but that didn t cancel it.

Very good service as usual. Haley loved it!

I wish it hadnt taken as long to get in for my cat’s annual wellness exam, but other than that, everything was great.

For visits like bordetella, where the tech just comes and takes the animal back, having to wait so long to get on the schedule is frustrating. My vet in Texas allowed people to call, and the clinic would say yes, swing on in and they could take care of it or not, not a good day. For a 5 minute visit where I am not even seeing the doctor, it worked. With the clinic being so busy that it takes a month or longer to get an appointment that I had to drive to casselton was frustrating. Just figured I would share.

The improvement in my 13 year old pomeranian is unbelievable since seeking chiropractic care with Dr. Peterson. My dog s treatment was explained very well by him and his staff. Very professional people that truly care. Well deserved 5 star rating.

It took longer than I liked to get the appointment, but I do understand. I really like my experience there. I will continue to use you and plan on bringing my mothers min pin in as soon as I can. Thank you for being there.

Very satisfied with the staff who took care of my Bella. They took the time to explain everything in detail and showed compassion for her.

Front staff did not seem very welcoming. Would like to have seen a smile on any of the three faces. As customer service goes if my dog didn’t need the desperate treatments. I do not think I would come back.

John is our favorite vet there....caring, professional, knowledgeable, etc. He takes such good care of our pets and animals. The only thing for the 3 of five stars in terms of getting in to be seen, is the call at 7:00 a.m. to get an urgent care appointment. This is not Reichert s problem, of course.....but it s annoying to wake up at 6:55 to make an appointment for the same day when I called the afternoon before to get my dog in. Otherwise, loved our vet tech, the gals at the desk, the care my dog got, and of course, Reichert. I hope I spelled that right. :-)

When we arrived for our original appointment we were told there wasn’t a surgeon for the spay and that we would have to reschedule. It would have been really nice to have a phone call letting us know rather than having to drive all the way out, wait in line with a nervous animal and then try to reschedule on the spot knowing you will need to rearrange your week around it again.

Dr Boze was very nice and helpful. I would have, however, liked for her to have read Bothi s chart better prior to our exam. That way she would have known his recent tests and the results. Thanks!
