Best Dr love casselton vet

It took a long time to get in for the initial appointment. I don’t know if that is fixable or just shows that the clinic is busy because of the great care provided!

Kaitie the vet tech was amazing. She was great with my cat and explanations to me. I will be coming back because of her!

I think it would be helpful if the data collected from the visit was shared. Like my pets medical record. I did a glucose scale and I wasn’t given information on the numbers, when he was highest when he was lowest. Feel that would be helpful in me caring for my pet. Never saw an actual vet, and got two bills. One that was for what I paid for, and one for an estimate for more money. I’ve had a long run with vets and this just makes me feel not cared for and that all I’m good for is money.

While the veterinarian is with me, I would like to be told of; Any issues,concerns, things noticed of pet, Rather than finding it on the papers given at discharge, that way it can be discussed in person then and there

So glad BB has a vet that really cares about him

It’s not eat easy to get in to have my pup seen but once we get the opportunity to schedule a visit the vet and staff do thorough exams and do a great job at caring for my dog!

Ice melt should be spread into handicap loading area. The ice was terrible everywhere, but the ice melt stopped at the curb making getting into and out of the vehicle very treacherous. The genuine care expressed by the staff was heartwarming. We also greatly appreciated the honesty in not recommending unnecessary expensive tests. Our pup seems to be on the mend as well, thankfully.

We were there for a shot however I had a couple other questions for the tech (nothing major ). I felt that the tech was extremely unfriendly and not willing at all to take any extra time with me. I have heard this issue from friends of mine as well that the staff is rude and appointments are rushed. Unfortunately for us we were spoiled at our first vet with all the time and friendly staff before moving to Fargo.

On my last visit to the casselton site my dog had stitches put on ,the next day her stitches opened up and I had to take her to the Fargo site so they could close her back , you all did a great job

My cat was well taken cared for

staff were so willing and fast at responding to emails i had with questions and always made me feel welcomed to ask any other questions i’ve had!
