This was definitely not the same excellent experience this time around as I had 2 years ago with the same dog, or even a year before that with my previous dog. The group of employees now don’t seem to care. I have called twice asking for suggestions on how to calm my dog and all I get is “keep his cone on” and “keep him confined”. Really?? I call a different vet and they suggest benedryl to help calm and stop the itching. Guess what? It worked. If that would have been suggested to me last week, neither me, my husband or our dog would have been stressed out. I had to take a half day off today because of this. I am sure that this will all fall on deaf ears but this has made us switch vet clinics.

I got in last second on a Friday. It very much helped my pet and ease my mind before the weekend. Very much appreciated!

The vet was helpful and friendly but the vet tech was short and abrupt with her questioning and answers. Seemed like she was mad.

During the examination, my dog s teeth were not checked. I was more concerned with his arthritis, but it should be a routine thing to check at a wellness visit.

The cost of exams and tests are getting prohibitive

all Vet care is expensive, will think twice before adopting pets again.

Love this vet clinic. I had all of my questions answered, my mind was put at ease.

The wait time to be brought into the exam room was 10-15 minutes and then for someone to come into the room was 15-20 minutes. I had an appointment, I thought that meant that I would be seen in a timely matter. I also asked the vet and the the vet tech for an estimate on getting my puppy spayed and when they didn’t get that for me I asked the receptionist when I was paying if she could email me an estimate and I have to see an estimate. I switched from a different vet because of the same problems I had there. If you have a vet clinic must not have to worry about customer satisfaction…..horrible experience and will be seeing if I can find a place that cares about the customer. I will be surprised if I get a response on any of this

Casselton took excellent care doing the dental on my dog! Thorough explanation of how to care for her in the following days! Thank you so much I know this will improve her quality of life and hopefully keep her with me longer!

Like all vet services in the area, scheduling for new patients is challenging. Overall, very satisfied with Sarah and Dr Schmid. They took great care with Maggie and provided me with open and honest information on the treatment, what to expect, and possible outcomes. It will be a journey but will be conducted with caring people. Thank you!

All was good casselton in casselton is best one fargo not so good they are rude and won’t see my pets cause I don’t do bortella I don’t kennel dogs and they don’t go to dog parks we walk and have fenced yard they are not around other dogs so I drive to casselton who is great to bad fargo is bad
