The staff were super friendly. Our tech was so kind and gentle. And our vet was awesome! We did have a short wait due to an emergency, but they were up front about it and that pet needed more care at the time than mine. We are so blessed to have Casselton Vet in our community to care for our furry family members! Thanks for all you do!!!

Mary was probably the best experience I have had there! I have always had good service, but she was unbelievable to see and made out experience pleasant and hell!! Please thank her for everything and I would like to see her in October if possible when Kara goes back in!

I expressed I am unable to get my dog to take medication (she was on several when diagnosed with Cushings). I’m having an awful time trying to get her antibiotics in her. She’s only had 1 tablet so far, and I had to divide it into fourths and hide it in a cheeseburger. With her extreme underbite I can’t just pop it in there. The pill “shooter” doesn’t work either.

The tech Lisa was amazing. Very knowledgeable and made one feel very welcomed.

I wish there was an online option for booking urgent care appointments. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told, “all the appointments were booked and I could call at 7am the next day and try and get an appointment.” Luckily, I got an appointment. The appointment staff were very kind and understanding, but their hands are tied due to the 7am and 5pm booking system.

Dr. Peterson has to be the nicest Veterinarian. He explains everything and is so nice to my dog .

This was by far the best vet experience I’ve ever had. Everybody was so friendly. Our vet veterinarian was the absolute best. She was so good with my dog and so good at explaining everything to me and putting my mind at ease I thank you very very much for getting us in so fast and taking such good care of our puppy

Vet did not understand how dire the situation was for my dog as he was needed to be put down the next day at U of M. MS

We were able to get into the Vet in Milnor,ND in 3 days for Wallace s teeth. Cost was only $350 for a teeth cleaning and possible extraction. Way more affordable.

My appt was @ 3 but my horse wasn t sedated for a teeth float until almost 5pm. My horse was also lame & the exam was minimal as he blew the abcess earlier in the day but he also had thrush & vet s tools were dull & insufficient to exam & care for that to my satisfaction. Everybody was very kind & apologetic about the wait but I think vet should schedule less appt until she s more familiar with how long things take & figures out her time management better as I noticed she was a little scattered & not delegating things she probably could. She did get kicked by a horse earlier in the day which probably slowed things up a bit.

I love the way that my Chihuahuas are being taken care of! Thank you for all the hugs and love that you get them all :-)!

One dog arrived and was not able to behave in the waiting area and was seen in a room immediately while I continued waiting. I understand at the end of the day things get backed up- but the wait time to get a room and then to be seen felt excessive and the vet mentioned that seems to happen everyday Every staff member was great - just felt frustrated by waiting. Although everyone deserves grace and waiting is a first world problem. Keep doing what you are doing

The main issue for my pet was not resolved. He is still bothered and uncomfortable. When I called to have him seen again for same problem, there was a same day opening but would be considered urgent care for extra $20 fee. I don’t think that is fair. If I didn’t take that same day appointment I couldn’t get in for 2 weeks. Already had been several weeks trying to get in to an urgent care appointment and finally just booked an appointment 2 weeks out. I probably will just transfer to a different vet clinic.

I scheduled ahead for Coggins and Health cert and to have a couple of sores looked at while I was there. When I got there the tech asked me about the sores, I said there was not much to see anymore, and they were healing well whatever they were. The vet did a quick look at them and agreed they were healing well and said to keep doing what I was doing. I was surprised to see I got charged for looking at the wounds. I would have thought it was part of the health cert.
