Very happy with the service provided! Friendly staff!

Please when asked while booking an appointment for my pet to complete all requests. My pet went in for an allergy shot and was not given. Also several others requests were made and staff continue to dismiss the concerns/requests.

Lady checking us out on the north side was smacking her gum and rude.

The Vet that did the examination of my dog was very thorough. He explained everything to me and took his time. By far the best pet wellness visit I ve had. Keep him around . . . he s very good.

All of the staff from check in, the vet, the techs and the front desk staff who checked us out were beyond kind, professional and compassionate.

I started going to the Casselton location for acupuncture and chiropractic care and haven’t gone back to my old vet. My pet is very important to me and I appreciate how she’s cared for. My old vet was starting to feel like I was just another number and the personal touch was gone. You at the Casselton clinics have given me that personal touch and I will continue to use your services

I would love more same day appts available. Definitely willing to pay extra for it

Vet tech did not offer bravecto or interceptor for dog during check up. I had to ask for them. Not sure the protocol on that, but for a dog and their yearly appointment it’s our norm to get them restocked. She then communicated that bravecto was no longer available for sale at the vet however when I went to front desk and the ladies out there were very helpful in getting some because I guess you do carry it still.

I am always very pleased with the kindness from everyone.

the staff missed sending or even asking if we needed the Interceptor chews or the Bravecto medication- I had to call back in and require about these- and then pick them up. maybe its the job of the pet owner to ask but I have never had to do it before

I was a little confused because I was told my dog didn’t have Lymes vaccination, but I looked on paperwork from June and was clearly invoiced for it… so unsure about that.

The service and knowledge was greatly appreciated however, I do think $24 for a nail clipping is a little high.

Great staff and alway enjoy my visits with my pets, they and myself are treated very well.

It was hard to get in. Had tried several times for walk in but always full. Finally was able to get an appointments a few nights ago.

The staff snd vets are very helpful and accommodating. It’s amazing how much everyone know my pups and care so much for them. Thank you all get techs and vets.

Dr Boyer and tech Ashlee were professional and supportive. There kindness and concern for us and our ewe was above and beyond what they had to be. They did more then their job. Thankyou. Our little ewe is doing well at home.

The assistant and staff were great. I think the dr we saw needs to work on her people skills and be less judgey. There s a right way and a wrong way to communicate education. Hers was not the right way. Other than that loved the facility and the staff. Everyone else was very professional and kind.

The whole process was so professional, easy, smooth and friendly. I enjoyed the nice receptionists , Vet Aides are great, and all the doctors are really concern what is best for your pet and for you as a owner. There were NO surprises that came during or after the procedure. I can not thanks them all enough for doing their job so well and with a smile on their faces. Thank you all, Mark Amon and LENNOX

The staff here has been so kind and helpful with all my cats. Especially when my 12 year old got sick and we had to put him down last spring. So grateful to have such an amazing vet so close by
