Felt rushed for a PM appointment as staff wanted to go home. Questions were answered with “I’ll get you the answer to that later” and then no follow up was provided. Procedures were done without discussing costs. When asked about procedures and cost, I was disregarded and they carried on doing things anyways. I reached out to follow up on my questions and reception staff passed me along to the vet tech who then proceeded to provide vague answers. Vet was not available to talk and when asked for a call back from vet staff said not an option. Exam room had urine on bench.

Waited by the front desk for around 5min to be seen took a step closer and I stepped in dog pee.

Not only did they take great care of my fur baby, Busch got car sick in my vehicle and hard thrown up/pooped, staff was very kind in providing some help. They managed to do curbside as I had forgotten my stroller and I had 2 littles ones under the age of 2. Thank you for all you do!

I told Dr.Ulmer I had heart guard at home..I don’t…could u plz send a prescription to Walmart in Dilworth..as with weather being so bad it would be more convenient for me to pick it up..thank u..Dr.Ulmer is a great Vet and her assistant too!!!

Thank you for taking care of Captain. He loves to eat things he is not supposed to and we do are best to prevent him from doing so. I am so glad we were able to get him in right away and that he was given the surgery he needed right away. The team trusted my input and only used sutures after surgery instead of staples. The incision site has looked good and was smaller then when he had his surgery 3 years ago. Very impressed. Thanks for saving our Captain.

I have been bringing in our two dogs and two cats to Dr. Trevor and VT Aren for a few years now, and we couldn t be happier. They have built a great rapport, are always so fun to work with and personable, and I fully trust their judgement. I never feel pressured to do anything, and they are always honest with me about what products/services are right for my boys and clearly explain why. When Theo broke off his nail, you got him in to cut it back that same day on short notice, the procedure was quick and I felt completely comfortable leaving him in your hands. Dental visits have always went great for Rascal and you ve never over-sedated him. This had been a fear for us as we previously had a scary experience, which is what led us to Casselton Vet Fargo. The clinic was very very dirty and It had a terrible smell. I’ve been there in the past and it was never like that. Hoping it gets better because I’d love to continue caring for our animals there.

Dr. Boyer was very patient and explained what he thought was going on with my cat. It would have been nice to make the follow up appointment with him but I prefer earlier in the day.

You folks are always just so incredible. Offering extra services with no pressure, but explaining the benefits they would offer and why they would be beneficial at some point, if not at this visit. The test results were explained thoroughly and in a way that s easy for me to understand. I was offered solutions for her current problems and an option to hopefully delay progression of a new one. Honestly I recommend this practice for a reason. Everyone I see is caring, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any and all questions I have. It s very obvious that you care about all of the animals that walk through your door. Thank you to all of the Casselton staff. Receptionists, techs, and vets.
