Our naughty boy got into something. Normally we do peroxide, but that day his symptoms were different especially the shaking. I called and just sent my husband. We were hoping to get in! Thankfully our amazing doctors and staff took such good care of him. The next day we were seeing signs of our jumpy happy pup again! Thank you Casselton-Fargo!

Staff could be heard complaining of people calling about medication. Literally “UGHHHH WHY IS EVERYONE CALLING ABOUT MEDICATION!” The front desk was not very friendly & seemed to busy eating to care.

Dr Peterson is always very good, caring, asks after our other animals. Vet techs are always friendly, and counter staff are too.

It is extremely difficult to get in for a visit when your pet is actually sick. Wellness exams are the only appointments you can make because they are weeks out. When your pet needs help you can t ever get in except to sit by the phone at 0700 in the morning and hope you get one of a select few appointments.

The Vet was rude, wanted me to make another appointment even after I asked that my dogs get the medication and anything they needed to be done that day. They had an ear infection not dying of a disease. Instead of understanding, she proceeded to tell me that she would make a note that I went against doctors orders. WTH! Seems all she wanted was more money. Almost $600 later for a visit. Never again!!

I ended up booking at the wrong location and they were still able to squeeze me in at Fargo. It was my first vet visit with my new puppy and I couldnt have been happier with the service!
