My vet (Dr. Boyer) and his assistant (Kaitie) were amazing!

Shelby, the vet technician, was so sweet and very helpful! Dr. Trevor was super nice and helpful as well! Great first experience there:) can’t wait to keep bringing my cats to see them!

As always my dog’s appt went smoothly! I had arrived a little early and even then had no wait as we were taken right back. I always feel that it’s never a rushed appt here….there’s a reason I drive to Casselton from Fargo to have my dog seen!!!

Dr. Peterson went above and beyond to make sure we were properly informed of the risks and benefits of the procedure. I am so thankful for his care and compassion for our horse Ranger. Ranger is doing 100X better after going through treatment and for once my daughter has her smile back because her horse is not in severe pain. Dr. Peterson saved a horse who would have either A. Lived a life in pain or B. Been put down. Instead he gets to enjoy the rest of his life!

We have had two puppy appointments so far, and both times the vet techs have been a wealth of knowledge and so willing to answer our first time puppy owners questions! The vets have taken time as well to answer and reassure. We have had the best experiences with all of the staff both at the Fargo site and the Casselton location.

It felt like an animal mill. Not like a small town vet. The tech wouldn’t take the time to hear me. She even mispronounced my pets name. I corrected her but she wasn’t listening to me. The vet appeared and was not very personable. She was nice enough but the whole thing felt fake and forced.

It has been very difficult to schedule an appointment- at times no openings for three weeks or more. When there is a cancellation and you are able to finally get in because of that, it is really upsetting to be charged for urgent care simply because there was a same day opening. In the recent times with COVID and staffing shortages I think you need to review that policy when you are not able to accommodate scheduled appointments in a reasonable amount of time. It seems like a punishment for being flexible enough to come in when there is a cancellation only to be charged more…….something to think about…..

I’m trying to complete the survey on an iPad and it would not allow me to select the stars. I would rate excellent on all! I have yet to receive invoices however…. I was told they would be emailed to me and none have arrived. An incorrect address?

I appreciated you squeezing me in when you were fully booked. My dog had been throwing up and I was worried about her getting dehydrated. The veterinarian and the tech were so kind, gentle and patient with my dog and very thorough in the examination explaining as they went. I appreciated know the costs prior to the tests. I was 100% satisfied. Thank you so much.

It took a long time to get in for the initial appointment. I don’t know if that is fixable or just shows that the clinic is busy because of the great care provided!

I think it would be helpful if the data collected from the visit was shared. Like my pets medical record. I did a glucose scale and I wasn’t given information on the numbers, when he was highest when he was lowest. Feel that would be helpful in me caring for my pet. Never saw an actual vet, and got two bills. One that was for what I paid for, and one for an estimate for more money. I’ve had a long run with vets and this just makes me feel not cared for and that all I’m good for is money.

While the veterinarian is with me, I would like to be told of; Any issues,concerns, things noticed of pet, Rather than finding it on the papers given at discharge, that way it can be discussed in person then and there
