I felt an hour and a half was a bit long for 10 min of dr visit

Overall, we had a great visit! Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and loved our vet tech, Grace. Gunner got spoiled rotten! Looking forward to the next visit!

Everything was very efficient. People very helpful and friendly. App wouldn’t let me check anything.

Same day appointments full up super fast and are hard to make. So it is good for business, not so much for pet owners.

Loved taking my baby here! I felt that she was in good hands and she would be safe and taken care of!

I used to go Casselton Vet in Casselton due to a good reputation & reasonable prices.I did that for years.The drive was inconvenient. Since the Fargo location has opened,it has become very spendy. The Casselton location would allow payments & that was convenient & reasonable for me.

The Vet and the vet tech were both wonderful. Very knowledgeable

I m happy with my visit, but still a bit confused as to the cause of the issue and what the plan is moving forward.

Our wait time was a little long but it was explained as a day with lots of emergency visits so understandable. The tech that we started with was so kind and offered us cocoa/water. Overall, a great visit.

I was very happy with the service from Casselton Vet. Thank you for the care you gave Walter. I would highly recommend them for their services.

The first time I called, I asked if I could send a picture of the “cyst” and the receptionist said no. I called back later and got someone else and she said, yes, please send the picture. Also I understand it is difficult right now to hire enough people to answer the phones, but I made four calls - 2 to talk with the receptionist and 2 to call back to reach the doc. Each time my wait time was 5+ minutes. Just FYI.

Dr Bjerke was amazing and patient with out uncooperative doggies. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and care.

Try to explain the process of how some medication scripts work-for instance tell me all of my pets meds were only renewed for 3 months so I don’t call the pharmacy in a jam and then get scolded by a receptionist for having so many scripts to sign of on which wasn’t entirely my fault since I tried to get it despite you guys being closed since my pet needed it.

I realize you guys have a large practice but having to book 6 plus weeks out or more to see a Vet is a little discouraging.
