It’s not eat easy to get in to have my pup seen but once we get the opportunity to schedule a visit the vet and staff do thorough exams and do a great job at caring for my dog!

Ice melt should be spread into handicap loading area. The ice was terrible everywhere, but the ice melt stopped at the curb making getting into and out of the vehicle very treacherous. The genuine care expressed by the staff was heartwarming. We also greatly appreciated the honesty in not recommending unnecessary expensive tests. Our pup seems to be on the mend as well, thankfully.

We were there for a shot however I had a couple other questions for the tech (nothing major ). I felt that the tech was extremely unfriendly and not willing at all to take any extra time with me. I have heard this issue from friends of mine as well that the staff is rude and appointments are rushed. Unfortunately for us we were spoiled at our first vet with all the time and friendly staff before moving to Fargo.

On my last visit to the casselton site my dog had stitches put on ,the next day her stitches opened up and I had to take her to the Fargo site so they could close her back , you all did a great job

My cat was well taken cared for

staff were so willing and fast at responding to emails i had with questions and always made me feel welcomed to ask any other questions i’ve had!

We’re very happy with the whole staff and they have taken good care of our dogs over the years! Thank you and Merry Christmas to all!

From my first phone call with Natalie to our consult with Dr. Huckle to the surgery with Dr. Bartholomay, the whole process was smooth, efficient and organized. Everyone took their time explaining the process and were happy to answer all my questions. My dog received the best care at Casselton (both locations). Thank you to everyone that helped.

I wish that they would always be upfront right away with prices how much will it cost if I choose to do this test or that scan....

Dr. Thill is the best! Kryssy is the best tech!! All the staff are wonderful & it feels like a family.

The staff there is so wonderful!

The technician/assistant and Veterinarian were patient and kind with our cats.

Receptionist was ringing up the total mentioned my visit was an “urgent care” I asked her about this and I wasn’t informed when I changed my appointment times on the telephone. The receptionist said the ones on the phone are supposed to inform you. Unsatisfied with the miscommunication from the staff and the office visit call. Otherwise the visit went very well. I never want to work with that vet again! I was so unimpressed and frankly insulted by him. I m not sure he should be a vet as it seems he hates his job and makes that quite obvious! I m not ready to give up on casselton vet but I never want to see that vet again
