The medications for the flea & tick, Heart Worm and others are very expensive and require a prescription. I would like to see a a price list before purchasing through your supplier so I can cost compare with other pharmacies in the area that are now carrying these products.

My appointment was at 3:30 and I had a dentist appointment at 4. They did great so I could get to my appointment!! Greatly appreciated!

I felt that both the technician and veterinarian listened to my concerns and took great care of my dog Rufus. I gave top ratings to all questions. I hope I pressed the right stars I think scale rankings are easier to do.

This visit was a barn call with Dr. Peterson and Ashley. They as always took time to answer questions and show and explain various points of my 2 horses visit and ongoing health issues. I always apprecdiate your team.

Excellent service and affordable

I understand the reasoning behind the current policy of only having 1 person in the office per pet, but it was pretty difficult to complete the paperwork while trying to keep my pet away from other pets in the waiting room. Also, when we emailed our pet s records to the email given to us over the phone, the technician could not find them during our visit. We were told during the appointment to email them to a different email address.

I received another patient’s take home instructions but didn’t notice until I got home.

Ive never been charged to clip nails before & shocked that you now charge $23 for something I could have done at home or $7 by a groomer. It is frustrating to know my dog has a cracked tooth & can’t be seen until September for it

Waiting for the vet was way to long

We dropped our dog off to be spayed and felt the drop off procedure was very rushed as nothing was explained during that time. She had not gone into surgery until 4pm which we were never told she would be waiting all day. When we picked her up it appeared that she had not been taken outside for a long period of time or given water. We were not very impressed with the lack of communication throughout the process.

Everyone was great. I’m bringing my other dogs to your practice.

After months of phone calls during visits when the lobby was closed I was finally able to meet Dr. Dowdle and thank her for all the care she’s provided for our Ruby. She takes time for my questions and is truly wonderful to work with. The LVT Melanie was also just the kindest and caring. While waiting for meds and to pay, LVT Michele came out, greeted me by name (after not seeing her for months) and spent some time catching up. She is such an asset to the team - seriously top notch and someone I would just want to be friends with lol! This was my first visit with a vet and the whole appointment was disappointing. It felted rushed. I asked specifically for written details on how to care for my dog s skin issues and was sent home with no instructions. When asked the vet a question, the response was that s not my area of specialty and have you searched the internet . If I wanted to do my own research, I wouldn t have to pay to see a vet. The front desk women seemed clueless about basic product information like the cost of an ear solution that the technician used. The whole experience left me wondering if this is the right place for my pets.

I was really disappointed the doctor did not look inside, my dogs ears during their wellness exam, especially my spaniels ears. I didn’t think the doctor did a very thorough exam, especially for the amount they cost. I was also disappointed to learn that you do not carry some of the new flea/tick/heart worm med combos, and I would have to do this whole rig a ma row ordering it through you and having it shipped to you. It would just be easier and more customer friendly if you carried more of a variety of meds or ordered the meds for the clients.

The stars were confusing,silver or gold? Do four siver stars represent agreed or what? Staff is friendly. The costs are extremely high. I don t think I will be able to continue taking my dog to this clinic

Never get to see a vet. Cant get questions answered. Had to wait two weeks for appointment then told can’t see vet until another appointment five weeks later. Fed up with paying premium prices and only getting to see a tech.

Love this vet place!! I’m a returning customer from out at Casselton with my old dog. So glad they are in Fargo now to.
