When explaining why we were there the tech rolled her eyes. Dr. Bjerk told me my pug was overweight and assumed she gets treats. He was unprofessional.

The doctor and the tech were very helpful and personable. The front desk people left a lot to be desired but at least they showed up for work. The waiting time to pay the bill was excessive. Thoughts of leaving and letting you bill us was on my mind after 20 minutes of waiting.

How about a military discount for disabled veterans?

I was very satisfied with the care we received. Very caring and gentle. The staff is absolutely fantastic!

I was called to change my pet s surgery date on short notice. If I had known it would mean she would sit alone in a kennel for over 8 hours before she even had her surgery I would have just rescheduled for a later date. I love Casselton Vet, but am disappointed that my girl was left to sit alone in a kennel all day when she could have been with people who loved her instead. There has to be a better way to be considerate of their emotional needs as well.

I have never been called, as indicated I would be, for a recheck on my dogs eyes. My dog has a stage 4 dislocated knee and the dr just said “oh, we have to do surgery, I will get an estimate to you”. He did not take any time on explaining the surgery, why an 11 year old dog should have surgery, etc. I am very concerned about his knee but he has lived with this for 9 years from what I had been informed. The vet, himself, was just in a hurry to get in and out. Otherwise he was nice enough.

I guess my only complaint is that I had to wait two months for a specialist to do my dog s surgery. But that was my choice and it s really nobody s fault.

Being seen close to our actually appointment was nice. Hasn’t always been the case. Thank you

Dr. Mary and Lisa attended my Mare at kour barn for a choke emergency. I was so glad that they were able to see us so quickly and resolve the problem. Dr. Mary was also very helpful in explaining aftercare. Much appreciated

The service is always great. Grace is wonderful. She came into the lobby to get our dog and she immediately started to play with Cooper. She answered all of our questions. She does a great job of representing the best vet service in the region..

I am so grateful Dr. Mary took her time and answered all of my questions. This past year has been such a struggle with our puppies food allergies. Being able to see and talk to a vet in person made such a difference as well. Thank you!

I used to go Casselton Vet in Casselton due to a good reputation & reasonable prices.I did that for years.The drive was inconvenient. Since the Fargo location has opened,it has become very spendy. The Casselton location would allow payments & that was convenient & reasonable for me.

The Vet and the vet tech were both wonderful. Very knowledgeable

I m happy with my visit, but still a bit confused as to the cause of the issue and what the plan is moving forward.
