Due to the clinic being very busy, our initial appointment was scheduled out a couple weeks. We were persistent with calling and trying to get an earlier one. We were able to do that.

We came in for a wellness check. The vet tech that came to our car was very very nice , friendly, My understanding was that the vet was going to examine my dog and since I wasn’t allowed in the facility because of the Covid pandemic, that the vet would be calling me to tell me how the exam/ visit went with my pet. The tech called and again was super nice and friendly. Maybe I just assumed that the VET would call because from what I’ve been reading in the Forum and hearing in the community that local vets aren’t allowing pet parents in but are calling them afterwards and going through things. So that was very disappointing. I did feel slighted that the Vet couldn’t call and even talk for a minute or two. If they were super busy we sure could have delayed our appointment for a few months.

Our dog had CCL surgery and I know there is COVID19 to worry about but they just told me to follow the printed instructions for PT. They should show you how to do this at your vehicle if nothing else.What is easy for them to understand the patient has not been schooled in and some of us learn by seeing it. I was told to check her incision every day I had to take off a black covering to see incision , I had a question about the coloring by her incision. I called and sent pictures when the Vet tech called me I was asked why I took the black covering off. I stated I was told to look at the incision daily for any signs of infection or any other problems. The Vet Tech said it should be left on until it falls off. I replied then how do you check the incision she didn t have an answer. When we came to get Remi I asked other questions which were not answered very well either. I left concerned and worried.

I dont think I got a satisfactory answer from the tech about why the ovaries need to be taken along with the uterus. I am a women’s health practitioner and it didn’t make sense to me. Also, she smelled really bad when I picked her up. Nasty dog kennel smell. Couldn’t bathe her with her fresh incision . Otherwise happy with the process, Thank you

I had left a voice mail message on a Friday afternoon and nobody returned my call. I then called back Tuesday morning to get an answer to my question. It was not an emergency so I was being patient just surprised. Our overall experience has been nothing but wonderful. We have been extremely pleased with Dr. Bartholomay. Great communication and the follow-up call regarding the test results was a relief (no cancer). I truly appreciated the fact he was genuinely concerned how our dog was doing.

I loved the curbside option that was available during the pandemic. I kinda wish that was always an option. Because sitting in the tiny examination rooms with a nervous dog, especially when if it takes the vet a while to come in, can be really stressful on dog and human.

Love the options you have! When I did try to call to let you know I was there with my dog, the phones were in a loop to not be able to leave a voicemail or get ahold of someone. When I did hang up and redial, it worked perfectly!

Not inside to see office facilities. Waited about 30 minutes past appt time, which seemed long. Also needed to make appt for booster and online didn t show any availability but I called and they got me right in.
