Mikaela was wonderful! Roxie is typically anxious at the vet, but she did so well with her! She was also very professional, informative, and friendly! I also highly recommend Dr. Huckle. She’s so good with Roxie and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. You can tell she truly cares about your pet and isn’t just “doing her job” - I love Casselton Vet and would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Amy Dunn was fantastic. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My pets were seen via a farm call by Dr. Peterson. He and I (owner) both wore masks,) he was, as always very professional and easy to work with and ask questions of.

It was a good procedure for dropoff. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness you all put in to keep you and your staff as safe as possible.

I had an appointment at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and I arrived about 5 minutes early. I called the number it said to on the door and I did not get through to a person until 9:10. I was informed someone would be out in a few minutes, but that took until 9:20. I didn t really like that my appointment took 20 minutes after opening to happen.

Due to the corona virus, we did not enter the building. In the past the vet clinic has been very clean. I was told the vet would call us after our appointment. My appointment was Friday & we still have not heard from our vet.

It took three phone calls to you and three trips to my pharmacy to finally get my Heartworm prescription. It was a problem on your end that should not have happened. Very frustrating! After using your services for nearly fifteen years I haven t decided if I will be back again.

It was so nice to have the staff come outside and get our dog, then call us with information and ask us what we wanted done with the situation (infection on our dog’s neck). Being able to take our dog in the evening on a Friday night was great. Glad to see the precautions your staff are taking during this time. Highly recommended by us!

We have had 2 visits with our new puppy so far. I realize that we are not experiencing your typical clinic experience right now because of COVID-19. Our exchanges with staff in the parking lot are likely not the same as a face to face encounter in the clinic would be. At our first visit, we got a nice write up on our print out of how the visit had gone. The second time we did not feel as informed about what happened. The staff that brought our dog back to us after her shots shared the information very quickly and seemed a bit rushed. It did appear busy that day so I understand if that was the case. However, as a new pet owner, it would have been helpful to have things explained to us a bit more thoroughly. For example, we were given two pills to give and they say to give one every 30 days. However we only got one of each pill. Do we need to get more pills somehow? Do we need to schedule another visit in 30 days? We will make a follow up phone call to have our questions answered but it would have been great to have some of that explained to us the day of the appointment.

I think the curbside pickup situation should have been explained prior to arrival for the appointment. Not having a secretary there to answer the phone in a timely fashion was not ideal either.

Everything went fine from when I dropped off Fritz to when I picked him up!

Thanks for taking care of our pup for even the smallest reason in this crazy world we re all living in! You folks rock!

I was able to talk to the vet even though we needed to use safe distancing practices. I am appreciative of the care and dedication Casseleton Vet has for my pets!

I really appreciated the curbside service. It s great to know my dogs will still get care during this scary time.

FYI. Had to highlight the 4th star to get 5 to activate. Maybe just my computer and Firefox browser, anyway, 5 stars all the way. Some health issue were pointed out with my dog and he is much better now. Thank you
