As good as it gets. Really miss being in exam rooms, but understand the current procedures/protocols

I had an appointment scheduled for my dog to come in for her annual vaccination on 1/2/21 at 9:00 A.M. I got there at 5 minutes to 9:00 and called. No one answered. No one answered the phone until 9:30 A.M. staff were walking in the door at 9:00 A.M. I waited in the cold car with my restless dog and smelly poop in a bag for 30 minutes for a 19 minute long appointment. I was the first customer to arrive in the parking lot and two other customers were served first and I was last. I don’t meant to complain. Otherwise I am pleased with the services provided to my dog here.

You do not like humans. You will not allow them into your building. Who can trust someone who treats humans like the plague.

I was concerned about the cost of the required office visit when i only needed an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. I was satisfied with the cost of both, as I feared it would be greater.

We were very thankful that you were open on Saturday and able to see Winnie. We are always impressed with how kind and considerate everyone is

I am so happy and thankful for the great care we received when I called and needed my dog to be seen for an emergency C section! They got us right in and did a fantastic job! Mama and babies are all doing well! I will Miss Dr. Wieland and appreciate him spending his last day at work, helping my dog! Thank you all!~ 5 Stars for everyone!

Very happy with my visit

The only thing I wasn t happy about was the pricing of the visit....I did not know that I would be charged a seperate fee for the testing of the poop, I was told it was part of the wellness exam....During this time of covid, money is tight and I would not have had it tested if I had known so....I appreciate you taking the time for Lulu, but would appreciate the costs upfront prior to the phone call to the car with an amount not stating what the fees are for....Thanks!

I was in for a follow up after a surgery for my cat. I was not scheduled with the same vet and the one that did the appointment made me feel dumb that I did the follow up. Also the records that I had my prior vet send were lost so I had to request they send again.

Because of COVID we weren t able to go inside, but everything was done very professionally and the folks we talked with in the parking lot were very helpful and informative. I recommend your veterinary clinic highly!

The receptionist was not very friendly, and my bill was way more than expected.

I was very happy with how they treated Tima and me over the phone and when they came out to get him! Always great care for my pets! Thank you so much!

You’d have to look far and wide to find a better place to take your pet. Impressive facility.

#2 - there was confusion on the appointment time which made us have to wait longer in the vehicle than we thought. will just confirm the time better.

Appt was 25 mins late; also ridiculous I could use the bathroom, esp after waiting so long

Dr. John Reichert was so thorough and kind following the appointment. It’s hard not being able to come in with your pet due to COVID, but Dr. Reichert reassured me Roxie was cared for during the appointment. I would highly recommend him as a vet to care for your animal. I will be going back to him in the future!

Dr Brad is awesome! Everyone that I ve met at the clinic is great. I m waiting for the time that we can come in with our pets.
