It was so nice to have the staff come outside and get our dog, then call us with information and ask us what we wanted done with the situation (infection on our dog’s neck). Being able to take our dog in the evening on a Friday night was great. Glad to see the precautions your staff are taking during this time. Highly recommended by us!

We have had 2 visits with our new puppy so far. I realize that we are not experiencing your typical clinic experience right now because of COVID-19. Our exchanges with staff in the parking lot are likely not the same as a face to face encounter in the clinic would be. At our first visit, we got a nice write up on our print out of how the visit had gone. The second time we did not feel as informed about what happened. The staff that brought our dog back to us after her shots shared the information very quickly and seemed a bit rushed. It did appear busy that day so I understand if that was the case. However, as a new pet owner, it would have been helpful to have things explained to us a bit more thoroughly. For example, we were given two pills to give and they say to give one every 30 days. However we only got one of each pill. Do we need to get more pills somehow? Do we need to schedule another visit in 30 days? We will make a follow up phone call to have our questions answered but it would have been great to have some of that explained to us the day of the appointment.

I think the curbside pickup situation should have been explained prior to arrival for the appointment. Not having a secretary there to answer the phone in a timely fashion was not ideal either.

Everything went fine from when I dropped off Fritz to when I picked him up!

I was able to talk to the vet even though we needed to use safe distancing practices. I am appreciative of the care and dedication Casseleton Vet has for my pets!

I really appreciated the curbside service. It s great to know my dogs will still get care during this scary time.

I understand that the service can t be as great when you can t visit with the vet in the room with your animal. I was told that I d get a call prior to any work done and charges to my card... instead I got my cat back with a $234 invoice that was charged to my card (and no prior call about the procedures/charges). Vet visit was short and concise, definitely not what you get with an in person visit. I figure if we re getting a half-time visit we should pay half the price for it. Kinda like my daughter at college - you re getting online classes but paying in-person instruction costs... just not good math. Cat is doing well though and I do appreciate that you are open and could take care of her.

Given the new circumstance and procedures, it would have been nice to have been able to speak with the doctor. If not right then, at least a follow up phone call. My dog has lots of anxieties. I felt anxious letting her go in without me. For all of the money that the visit costs, I didn t get the service I expected. It all seemed very rushed.

A little more listening and less pushy saleswoman.

We were having a hard time finding a good vet for our dog and a few people we know suggested the Casselton Vet. We went there with our dog because she had hurt her front paw. They were very friendly to us and were very good to our dog. We will be going to them again for any of our dogs needs... Thank you Casselton Vet.

This was a drive up visit due to the pandemic. You all handled it perfectly. I was well informed of what was happening when I first made the call outside. The techs were great and Dr. Huckle called after Thunder’s lab work and explained everything to me including the medications we were going to try him on for his anxiety. Thank you!!

The receptionist could be a little more friendly and helpful. The tech that called me after my dogs surgery was very good and helpful.

I understand with Covid 19 things have to be changed. But not letting me come in and acting like my military service and my service dogs dont matter to your standards is completely wrong. The dogs have high anxiety at the vet and I have mental aspects that require me to be with my dogs with little exceptions. Plus, letting me in or not is basically the same exposure rate to the virus so IF I did have it the staff would already be contagious becuase they talked to me...so not letting me into the establishment based on the principle of the virus is irrelevant if the staff is going to talk to me anyways in close space. Also was unhappy when I heard they muzzled them. Dogs have no biting history and where probably to scared to even think about anything other than why their owner put them through this. Very unhappy and for 600 and some dollars I at least expect someone to consider my military service and my service dogs and to take that into consideration before acting like I m just another customer. Becuase frankly I m not, and I need to at least be acknowledged as such.

I was feel my pets are well taken care of and the staff is wonderful!

Due to the situation of not being able to talk directly with the doctor as she was giving the exam, it wasn t as personal as we would like it. Since both of our children have left home and married, the dog has become so important to us (I guess she has replaced the children!!!)!!! And we usually only gave the heart worm pills for six months and that question was never brought up to us!! Hopefully this situation will be behind us soon!!! And life will get back to normal!!! Not anyone s fault on the things that were missed - MAYBE next year will be better!! Belinda Benson

Wasn’t able to go inside but the outdoor dog waste sign was broken and laying in the grass. That could be dangerous for pets as it has sharp exposed metal. The doctor called me with our test results but it felt like she was a little rushed. I didn’t get the chance to really connect with her because I felt like she was rushing through the call.

It was a very smooth process considering what is going on in the world.

I had made an appointment months prior with dr I had requested. He was to be at Fargo location that day so that’s where I went . Got there and he wasn’t there , he was in Casselton and I wasn’t notified. due to corona virus the schedule changed . I was not happy at all . I may switch completely to a different clinic due to lack of communication .
