I really like this place, always been very good..but I prefer to be there with my pet instead of having her go in alone. Time to lose the fear

The ONLY thing I wasn’t impressed with was no one called us to update us on how surgery went. I dropped my dog off at 7 am and we had to call at 5 pm to get an update because no one had called. I understand that it was probably a very busy day with other surgeries, but an update would have eased our worried minds!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Felt my guy was well cared for both medically and as my companion. Excellent instructions and aftercare even with Covid.

I ve been to Casselton Vet before with both my foster dog and my own cat. The care has always been top notch with a very friendly staff, so even though my cat does not appreciate the long drive to get there, it s a place I entrust with her care. Unfortunately, I wasn t able to meet face to face with the vet, so that was disappointing, but it s a sign of the times. Hopefully that will not be the norm for much longer.

The vet tech was very nice and helpful! Wish I would have been able to go in for my puppy’s first appointment but due to COVID they did curbside appointments. Will be glad to continue service here!

never an issue and always so caring and helpful

I have called to get my puppy in for a possible UTI two different times. The first time she gave me a date two weeks out for an appointment, the second time it was over two weeks. Both times they were very unhelpful and unsympathetic as there was nothing they could do to get her in. I then proceeded to call at 7am for an urgent care appointment and that was unavailable as well. You should not accept new patients if you cannot see the ones you have. If this continues to happen, I will be looking for A new facility which can accommodate same day or at least next day appointments. All the other staff there has been wonderful.

I think you should let someone come in with their pet. Let them wait until its their turn in the car. Our dog has separation anxiety.

Are there any programs for disabled veterans dogs?

I don’t know the state of the office facilities, if they were clean; not allowed in due to Covid. They were able to get me in right away when we were having an urgency. The doctors were very knowledgeable and calm and explained everything really well. I didn’t feel pressure to do any extraneous services like x-rays/tests. He just explained the importance of it and let me decide. The girls who came out to get my dog were very kind, gentle and loving. They answered all my questions.

Very grateful for the quick response Drs Bjerke and Peterson gave my horse, and responsiveness to my phone calls and questions.

Did not go inside with my pet so not sure about the cleanliness. Friendly informative staff.

I sat in my car trying to call for 20 minutes before someone answered the phone. When it finally went through, I find out that someone had already called my husband’s phone, who was not there.

The staff at Casselton Vet are always amazing with my fur babies! I highly recommend to anyone with pets, big or small!

Of course I didn t see inside because of Covid, however, it has always been clean before we had to resort to carside. Great job everyone!

I really appreciated being able to be with my pet during The visit. It made it so much better to be able to see what the vet was doing

Didn t go in as it is curbside. My biggest complaint was I left message with voice mail and they were too busy to retrieve it. Next time I will keep calling until someone answers! This is a 2 way street. Emma did get seen quickly after they realized I was still outside waiting. Dr.was very thorough and pleasant on phone contacts.

We have always taken our animals to Casselton Vet just for these reasons,caring,friendly, informative,most of the time easy to get into,sometimes longer wait but due to being such a busy great place!

I am fully immunized. I would have preferred an in office visit. Disappointed- on waiting list for neutering but never called. Disappointed- paid for obedience classes but cancelled after 2 times due to covid. We should have gotten a prorated return on the money paid.

Always great care. Trust Dr Huckle implicitly. Very thorough with exam , explanation and time. Often challenging to see in a timely fashion however with appointments often needing changed

They were scheduling about one month out but the hours were convenient and I could schedule both pets together.
